I went to a private school directly across the road is a park, during my attendance at the school each student had to pick up all litter items in and around the park whether it was mine or not and dispose of it in the bin, this was every student at least once a week.
I now live near a public school which is surrounded by 3 parks these students utilise all 3 parks and it is covered in rubbish everywhere even though the park provides bins. Out of curiosity I went back to the park near my school it continues to be pristine and such a delight to walk through.
What a shame public schools don’t teach students to respect not only the environment around you but your own belongings including other people and animals we share this beautiful planet with.

I agree with you about young people learning to care about more than there own little world. Today most public parks would have used condoms, human waste as well as vomit... so i don't think it would be safe.

I've never forgotten Terence McKenna, the illustrious mystic and explorer of altered states through botanicals, and his hugely entertaining lectures on what he found in the magical worlds. He described fractals, who he said exist as actual conscious entities that operate just as Billy describes, coming together to comprise larger identities. You can find some of McKenna's stuff on RUclips. He was so brilliant and hilarious and really brought to life for the rest of us what it was like to encounter entire swarms of them, with so much energy and life force that it was almost unbearable.

The answer is yes. It's just not inside a computer. That's just materialisms last gasp trying to stay relevant. The fundamental nature of reality is very well understood in advaita vedanta, kabballah, pmatonism/neoplatonism, hermeticism and pretty much every other rational philosophical and metaphysical tradition. The fundamental nature of reality is best pointed at by the word consciousness in the metaphysical meaning of the word.
Physicalism, and all the laws of nature are like a dream in the mind of a much higher being. This dream has "rules" but one could argue these are simply persistent patterns. Not something timeless. A behavour of mind.
Scientists act as if reality is based on rules or laws. But really science makes that up. Rules are discovered, that is, made up. They are maps of mind which is an activity of consciousness.
We can say it's a simulation in the allegorical sense. But in specific, even computers are emergent manifestations of the mind.
Until people understand these things, reality will forever be a prison for your mind.
I enjoyed this dialogue. I understand that we are collectively creating our reality, however, I feel there are some things we encounter that are outside of our creation. I have often come to places in my journey where no matter what I desired, it seemed there were things that were outside my control, almost like a source code running in the background that takes over at times.
You have to learn the keys to unlock and manifest which is beyond simply desiring something. We all have a lot of shadow work to be done as well as learning how to create the positives. It''s so easy to manifest the negatives through our negative thoughts, our ego speaking to us . However, we can invert that into creating through positive thoughts outside of the ego. So we have to be okay with meditating to block out the ego and allow ourselves to connect with the Divine Source and our Higher Selves, in order to take charge of our own manifestation. I love this. My pet theory of everything that I've been talking to anyone who would listen is that matter and particles don't exist. They are only manifestations of light interacting and making interference patterns for different phases, frequencies, and amplitudes to give the illusion of matter. 😁

My points exactly. After billions of years doing the same thing over and over again, creating, why is evil beings so necessary? I don't mean sadness, misfortune, unhappiness, etc. I'm ready to total evil beings, totally ignoring anyonrs sovereignty while creating wanton havoc devilishly imposing themselves on others without consent. Why do they even have to be created at all? If LOVE is the foundation of creation why is evil even created,?

This reminds me of Immanuel Velikovsky's assertion that all matter is conscious which was contentious seventy years ago, and he was considered to be a crank then. It is wonderful to know that he is being proved correct today.

It is so strange because as much as I respect these men and their knowledge, it is clear that every interview is curated to a T and having them speak together must have been interesting as they swapped their request for questions to be asked and subjects to bring up.

Enlightening. At first, I found the thought of a simulation terrifying. Depressing. But over time, it became comforting. It explains the big bang. It explains the petfect workings of the universe. Which, IMO, has creation stamped all over it. I believe this is a test. I'm not saying that we "go to hell" for being a bad person. We're just not allowed to move on. We must continue to take this test until we pass it. Or don't.

The more I think about the existence of these advanced beings in the past, the more it reminds me of Conrad's Heart of Darkness, at least for some of them. Maybe the great avatars like Jesus were trying to say that there was something far more superior than those beings, knowledge that they were possibly aware of, but some just could not pass the opportunity of taking advantage of their power

I have enjoyed a while ago, listening to Paul and Billy. They offered a window of energy. But I have surpassed them in the sense that they are within a paradigm of discovery. The waves and particles cannot form without the template. The template is where the conversations depth will go. Why? Because it Allows the human entity to recognize where you see from? 99.9% of conversations of this humanity always point towards what you see. The sages the mystics the meditators. It is where you see from. As you recognize through this breath And this life. What you see arises from where you see. But who are you from Where do you see?
Even among conversations, such as Paul and Billy. Rare of whom will actually take the time, and the silence to know this, because as you do, your entire life becomes a gratitude of humbleness, but you cannot explain.

My take is the hermetic idea of "as above so below" is more than likely correct, and it encompasses the fractal cosmos argument being laid out in this video.
The issue I have is with the leap in assuming than then this implies the entire universe follows this, like some sort of standard, when we simply have no way of knowing, because the only real point of reference we have is this planet.
Which brings me to what I personally think is closer to the truth, that what we call consciousness either stems out of, or is created alongside forces in, on and around this very planet we inhabit.
12:43 The meaning is a truth that must be felt to be real, at that Now, that only each of us can choose to decide to create and live it in the only reality we could ever live.
But we forgot that it's a choice and our mind knows what is the truth we believe...
And it will never make you live a different reality than the one your mind has decided to see it.

Billy...I like what you said starting at 18:32 about the brain being analogous to the universal mind. The "friends" being our senses that send, through electrical impulses, information back to the brain. I also like the analogy of us as individuals sending information back to the universal mind.

We as individuals...humans...have been "gifted" with free will....yes or no? I know that's what we've been taught in Sunday school.....but is it so? I know we like to believe that. I have always felt there is something very wrong with religion deeply imbedded into the system religion in itself may produce seemingly good people but really it just creates followers of doctrine it doesn’t actually change them most of the time we live in a knowledge based system and the reason certain people have been able to run humanity is because of their Birds Eye view knowledge with the understanding of what is placed in these doctrines to manipulate humanity in reality all of us have the ability to walk with God religious or not
