With the sickness, the cravings expecially as I don't even have money to eat what am craving for. Pregnancy with brokeness is terrible guys lol. I am just counting the days..can't wait!
It's normal to feel tired at 6months even till delivered. So that's why you have to consume food with very high iron in them. Here in Nigeria, we're told okro is very rich in iron. At this stage it's important you eat at intervals. Eat well during the day so you don't feel hungry at night. Night meals may give constipation, if you're someone like me. eating well during day time helps you sleep well too. Also ensure you take water. May the Lord see you and your baby through... I'm super happy for you and I wish you a safe delivery. everything you're experiencing especially the ligament pain I experienced I think its common in first pregnancies it will ease after while, then the constipation/feeling like food is stuck in your chest my doctor told me it was gas from eating beans + the baby was adding to it so remedied mine by drinking lots of water, your baby boy is fine my son kicked a lot has well to the point one day I saw his feet, the kicks are most active at night and a little less during the day when he kicks it could be your voice or daddy's voice or little man is stretching cause the tummy is getting cramped as he grows bigger.
for the tiredness you might need to eat a bit more, if you cant eat more food try substituting for fruits that amp energy levels I took bananas and some other fruits I've forgotten. All in all I wish you the best❤❤❤❤❤
