    One of the worst enemies of a large retirement is "life style creep".. Get that newer car.. bigger house.. compete with the Jones.. ohh that brand new I-phone and 66 in. curved screen to die for???..When you find that bottom line.. and invest the rest into the E. F. and then into long term, your bottom line gradually grows in slight increments, but it should never bite into the ability to put away, .. UNTIL you are satisfied that it will be enough

    How does anyone sell things nowadays? I've tried facebook with no results and can't manage a garage sale. I have several things that I wouldn't want to give away and I need to clear my house and garage of a lot of stuff.

      EBay or craigslist

    • @Savannah-ed4rv
      @Savannah-ed4rv 3 года назад

      @@Albert12893 Thanks. I haven't tried either of those. Something to consider. I've read some on estate sales too, if you have a large number of more valuable items. They make it easy for the seller.

      @@Savannah-ed4rv I would try all avenues.including Facebook again.

    • @Savannah-ed4rv
      @Savannah-ed4rv 3 года назад

      @@Albert12893 I probably will. The only thing holding me back recently is safety. My brother said he heard about someone selling on craig's or facebook and met the buyer at a police station and was shot. That was always my safety plan but I was freaked out when I heard that! Thanks for the encouragement and I will probably use one or more of those avenues.
