Chip, here's a tip that i think will help you getting a low jupiter orbit to get to its moons is actually a horrible idea because you will be sped up tremendously by Jupiter's gravity meaning you will have to slow down more to get low orbit and you will have to use even more fuel to break through low orbit to get to its moons because the gravity is stronger closer to it. The ideal position to get an orbit is either right outside its moons or in between europa and ganymede. This way changing your orbit will be much easier as the gravity is weaker and getting into orbit of each moon will also be easier as you won't have to slow down as much. please correct me in case I'm wrong
To be even more efficient he could’ve done a gravity assist off of Ganymede or Callisto to get into orbit around Jupiter without spending much propellant

You can fix the white screen by placing satellites in low jupiter orbit, or by going to build a new rocket, click launch, then go back to the rocket that you were controlling.
suggestion for ksp2. use the big ball-shaped hydrogen tank with a small rocket, or as small as possible. the tank has over 20,000 m/s fuel. Use all possible gravity assists to actually travel anywhere in the kerbal system...? dont forget the landing legs.
Make a circle rocket and color it yellow or closest color,if you save the rocket,name it Saturn,then take orbit around the sun 2x bigger then Jupiters orbit. Similar challenge:eat Jupiter and name the rocket Jupiter ring.

you are correct, the only refuel mission i had to do is on io, which is closer to jupiter, but other than that, all moon landings are no problem

Every time I've traveled to jupiter, venus, or mercury I've had to send extra fuel pods into orbit around the designated target for return mission

It’s cuz Mercury needs a lot of fuel to land, Venus needs a lot to orbit, and Jupiter needs a lot to orbit, and leave.
