Should lateral epicondylitis cases also avoid hand-arm stretches con the first couple of months?

Pretty sure I brought on my supraspinatus tendinopathy and sub deltoid bursitis on due to constantly trying to stretch the pain away. It’s hard not to. My body begs me to stretch til I hear a big thud and my whole scapula pops back into place.

Hey! Good video :) What do you think about hyperflaccid athletes, like gymnasts? They often have problems in the medial hamstring insertion on the tibia. May it be to much compression as well?

    Hi,
my girlfriend is a professional ballet dancer. She has a lot of pain in the achille tendon in her right foot. The pain is located at the bottom of the tendon.
What's the best protocol to do for her recovery?

I will try this now! No deep eccentric positions! only loading the training the tendon in the neutral position! lets see!

Super interresting topic! Do you have any idea about treating tibialis anterior tendinopathy? Isometrics didn't really work, neighter did strength training with resistance bands (maybe intensities and duration didn't meet the specific threshold for the Tibialis Anterior tendon - because I didn't find any research for this particular tendon). Patient is about 25 yrs old, hip hop dancer. Pain started after training excessively for a 10 km run about 2 years ago. Tendinopathy was diagnosed by MRI imaging. Of course they already injected her cortisone which lead to a short pain relief. She has varying pain, sometimes better, sometimes worse, stress and sleep seem to play a little role. She is still dancing 2 times a week and going to the gym at least 2 times per week. She had little phases of resting ( but never more than 1 1/2 weeks) and now she wants to try a real break for ~4-6 weeks and then gradually return back to activity with a physiotherapist I recommended to her. What would be your approach to this?
    Best regards,
    Fabian (PT student, germany)

I just saw this, sorry for the slow reply! I have seen tibialis anterior tendinopathy in people who, in their sport, have lacked knee flexion in their technique and this has led to excessive dorsiflexion load to clear the foot. Might be worth having a look at. Also, with respect to their running it could be worth considering their cadence as if low they may have an extreme heel strike, again excessively loading the dorsiflexors. Hope that helps!

@@physioworkssportsandwellne4002 Wow, this is great input to work with. If she's going to see the physio, I can propably talk to him about her treatment because I know him as well. I'll throw in your ideas also! I'll get back at you after she had some physio sessions! ;)
      Thank you so much!

👍Needs on time to check muscles -tendons,tissue conditions ..👣.in the body exist "hot "spots, crossing points and some tendons twisting twice 🤔 Perfect video Respect 👍👍rebuilding knee joint.🙏People that stand and walk well create a natural balance between the calf and the front of the shin that allows the achilles tendon to live a fairly uncomplicated life. Instead one of two misalignments is likely to be happening:
A hyperextended knee which angles the achilles tendon chronically backwards.
Tights hips which pull the knee and shins sideways when walking force the achilles sideways as well.
Either of these two factors-hyperextension and tight hips-can lead to a chronically stressed and short achilles tendon that might well break down . Walking, standing and running require the feet to land under the knees, which allows the achilles tendon to work smoothly.
The tibialis anterior is a key muscle in walking...

you can do fast hip flexion exercises, fast lateral flexion exercises
