why are people complaining and comparing about the miles per gallon? I dont get it. If you have money to buy this then you have money to splurge on gasoline . Otherwise, just buy a bicycle and pedal to your heart’s content.
I own a new GX 550 OverTrail, in the North American market, but my dream purchase is the Land Cruiser 300 Series GR Sport, that has 3 locking differentials. But sadly, we can not get it here. My older brother lives in Japan, and there he owns an LX 600 with 3 locking diffs, which is the Lexus luxury version of the 300 GR Sport. I have been hoping we get that LX option in North America and now it is finally coming, but even better as the LX 700h Overtrail, that will have a front AND rear locking differential lol. Now I sort of wish I would have waited to buy my GX 550 lol. I WILL own a 700h Overtrail lol I'm just rambling now, because I am very excited about this!
The LX700h will have a triple locker system for offroading not to worry lexus is bringing that option to north America for those offroading enthusiasts
@@mkyhou1160 I hear you, but the economy would be even worse, and in the U.S. the emissions have to be factored in. Automakers walk a thin line with the federal folks breathing down their necks.
@@jamesemanner9671 Today's new hybrid system can not only supply torque but also keep the gas engine running at most fuel efficient range. Lexus lacks decent battery and power management system.
that thing looks like a giant luxury watch
Exactly. It’s beautiful vehicle. I saw so many in Qatar, if I had 100k I would get one 😮
Indeed❤️😊

It's got a size and weight of a tank but wow I can't believe how beautiful it is.

Great improvement
Is there a V8 option?
Sadly no.
The V6 is adequate though not as smooth as my previous 570. But this new 700 should take care of that
Hopefully it won't have the same issues the sequoia and tundra are facing right now.
And it will never come to the UK I bet
OEM Upgraded 2019 Highlander
More like a 2024 upgraded highlander hybrid lmao.
138 Marge Extensions
It doesn't give any range on battery alone.
Only 20mpg, the hybrid system looks kind of obsolete.
The focus of the hybrid system is not economy, but to add power to the V6 when needed.
@@jamesemanner9671sucks they can’t just build a powerful v6 then.

@@jamesemanner9671makes sense due to that V6 engine lmao.

20MPG? My 2023 LX-600 gets that on the highway if I keep it at 70MPH. If this got 25, I'd buy one. in 2026.
True, 20MPG is pitiful!
