no there's a couple times other characters have done it (off the top my head I can remember EJ and Gina doing it in season 3) but he does it the most and is sort of known for doing it throughout the show
the title was actually meant to be referring to the times he looked at the camera (but other ppl on youtube already took that title). That was a cool moment tho!
