Do a rough calculation 2500x12 ( regular salary) If you will do 2 or three banks in a week thn 200x8= 1600x12 And then last but not the least your annual leave for 7 weeks, its upto you if you want to do some extra shifts in your annual leaves

Ideally you are allowed to do 5 shifts in a week but people do more shifts in their own trust

First step is OET exam and after that you have to give CBT which is quite easy
