Peter Blegvad (UK, 1951) is a cartoonist (and a musician) who navigates the transitions between three modes of experience: ‘Imagined, Observed, Remembered’. Our imaginations are based on our experience, and even though we see the same things every day, the actual experience is always an anomaly. Blegvad’s drawings depict before during and after experiencing them.
Slapp Happy was a German/English avant-pop group, formed in Germany in 1972. Their lineup consisted of Anthony Moore (keyboards), Peter Blegvad (guitar) and Dagmar Krause (vocals).
Love Dagmar Krause , she is a Global Treasure. Love Henry Cow, Slapp Happy and Art Bears. Their music is timeless.
They are still the future of what pop music ought to be.
What a true treasure to see these three reunited, they look and sound great and I've been in love with Dagmar forever!

Dagmar's voice hasn't aged a bit since Slapp Happy/Henry Cow/Art Bears (it always sounded a little old even when she was much younger). This was an unexpected find; thanks for posting.

Thanks for posting this. It takes me back to my youth hearing these songs that I have stored away in my brain. I believe Dagmar sounds even better here to my ears, like a finely aged wine.
dagmar is magnificent, like a sphynx, a germanic crone of incredible knowledge and vision, all you guys got me thru the hard times!
