I'm in my 40s and I am gaming with the youngen's and sometimes I do better than them. I play on all platforms, PC, nintendo Switch, everything and anything. People look at me weird but I really don't care. I'm having fun and it's doing no harm. What makes me feel happy is important.

It’s good if you want to try some console games or just for a different experience with the Steam library. There are a lot of options I agree, but it’s basically up to you based on your personal preference.

Over 40 lady gamer here too!! 😂. I started playing animal crossing 2 years ago when I was home from work for a surgery, but this last year my kiddo got me into the Zelda games. I’m really enjoying breath of the wild and tears of the kingdom, the monsters were scary at first and I just ran away from them 😂😂 but now when I see them I’m like let’s do this!! There are also 5 million tutorials on these games on RUclips so that’s really helpful. ❤❤

Same here! I'm 26 though and I am loving it so far. Has RUclips and Hulu, which is perfect for me. I was the most excited about Legenda of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. That game was honestly my biggest reason for buying it.

It's just fun and to interact as well with people. I have major anxiety so it's also a way for me to socialise. About a year ago i was contemplating whether to get the Nintendo Switch or Steam Deck but later on after my analysis i finally got hold of the Switch OLED because you can easily play on Offline mode, also you can resell your physical game cards in the future (if you want to) or gift it to friends and families.
I’ll be 32 but the switch definitely brings me back to when I was a kid definitely don’t blame you for getting you a switch not caring what anyone thinks 😂 lol

Everyone thinks I'm in my 50s, but I am 74! I bought the Nintendo switch 3 years ago, and the first game I purchased was Luigi's Haunted Mansion and could not put it down. I made it to the end to beat the very last boss but had to stop because I was moving and did not have time to finish it. Just saw this and decided it's time to set up my switch and finish that game. Does anyone know if I can hook this to my Samsung 77-inch TV, or will it not work with it?
Giiirl if you had any pain in your hands playing over 45min I highly recommend you get a Satisfy grip. It makes is super comfortable so you can longer sessions

When I play in bed, I use the joycons and prop the kickstand on a pillow so I can cross my arms however I need to under the blanket. Top cozyness factor 😅😅

Definitely Zelda Echoes of Wisdom. Me and my mum played it and we loved it. Additionally spyro the reignited trilogy. Both provide a challenge without being to insanely difficult. Are cute and engaging. A must for anyone in my book.

get a grip case . like the ones on skull and co . or even a cheaper one from amazon . i know you said it’s big for your hands but that will help out on making it more comfortable while playing it handheld .
I am 46 and first tried the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1988. I visited my relatives in Austria who own an electronics shop and had the NES set up with Mario. Have not played Nintendo much since but love the original Mario music. I enjoyed your review as you are naturally passionate about the Nintendo experience having played the SNES. You slid the joy cons into the dock like a pro (I am not into guns in the real world, but have always enjoyed the similar sound of slotting a magazine into a pistol) Go big or go home 🍄 As a PS5 owner used to 1080p or better I am on the fence getting OLED for my boys as switch 2 might be 1080p handheld and 4K docked and maybe may nicely upscale old titles. Announment soon?????
Yes the music is iconic and hypnotizing if you were in that era. I was in a Las Vegas mall recently and one of the kiosks had Mario brothers playing. Excellent marketing because it definitely got my attention. lol and yes I’m hoping for an announcement soon, too. Thanks for the support. ❤️
The switch has RUclips and Hulu and a few other video streaming services but it has no Netflix. And they stopped making an internet browser their systems after the Wii systems. But that is good for gaming and brings back the childhood but also has nice new games. Breath of the wild or tears of the kingdom are two excellent games that offer some of the best gaming experiences for everybody.
40 + as well and purchased a switch Oled. Dont feel like its a portable device and will ourchase a switch lite at the right price for gaming in the go.

yes!! Im 49 & just got back into gamin this year (i always played nintendo when i was younger) i now play the switch & steam deck. I LOVE Fae Farm, Echoes of plum grove, & Cozy Grove(for cozy games). i have a bunch of other downloaded--including Spirit Farer. There are so many games available..I want them all. get a grip case . like the ones on skull and co . or even a cheaper one from amazon . i know you said it’s big for your hands but that will help out on making it more comfortable while playing it handheld .
I am 46 and first tried the Nintendo Entertainment System in 1988. I visited my relatives in Austria who own an electronics shop and had the NES set up with Mario. Have not played Nintendo much since but love the original Mario music. I enjoyed your review as you are naturally passionate about the Nintendo experience having played the SNES. You slid the joy cons into the dock like a pro (I am not into guns in the real world, but have always enjoyed the similar sound of slotting a magazine into a pistol) Go big or go home 🍄 As a PS5 owner used to 1080p or better I am on the fence getting OLED for my boys as switch 2 might be 1080p handheld and 4K docked and maybe may nicely upscale old titles. Announment soon?????
Yes the music is iconic and hypnotizing if you were in that era. I was in a Las Vegas mall recently and one of the kiosks had Mario brothers playing. Excellent marketing because it definitely got my attention. lol and yes I’m hoping for an announcement soon, too. Thanks for the support. ❤️

The switch has RUclips and Hulu and a few other video streaming services but it has no Netflix. And they stopped making an internet browser their systems after the Wii systems. But that is good for gaming and brings back the childhood but also has nice new games. Breath of the wild or tears of the kingdom are two excellent games that offer some of the best gaming experiences for everybody.
You can watch RUclips honey! You don’t have to void anything on your Switch! I’m 53 and I’ve had mine for 3 years!!! I play daily! 😊❤

40 + as well and purchased a switch Oled. Dont feel like its a portable device and will ourchase a switch lite at the right price for gaming in the go.

@@frankr2584 I can put a switch lite on u inside coat pocket comfortably. Just feel that the lite is better for being in the go.
