I filled for adjustment of status which is marriage based case. In August this year and my Employment Authorization was approved in the same month and I received a request for evidence for Medical Report and uscis confirmed receipt of my RFE and they will make decisions or notify me if they need anything end of last month September. But my case is still at the National Benefit center Missouri. Ques: should I be worried about the time of I -130 which indicated 16 months estimated time and my I -1485 estimated time is 2 months. And I heard that before the i -485 is approved the i -130 must be approved first. Should I be worried about anything at this point?
