Hmm look at the line below the size charger and see if the opacity is all the way up. Sometimes I forget the opacity is at 0 & it’s doesn’t work lol so try that first then let me know if it still doesn’t work! You can also try restarting the app
What I do is I screen record the sound so it becomes a video where I can put it in CapCut! (I usually wear headphones then screen record it so I get no bg noise)

So I duplicated my character layer and then click on the duplicate layer. 2.I then scrolled and clicked on the adjust option. Then I went to where it says graphs and I moved the line to the bottom for all of the colors so it made black. 3.Then I clicked on the arrange layers option. 4.I then I moved the layer that I made the black color and put it in the front of the other character layer. Then I went to opacity and adjusted it. 5.Lastly I moved the shadow around to look good! If it’s still confusing then maybe you can try making the video speed slower and zoom in and try to follow what I do! Let me know if you still have any questions!
