This is such a good conversation. I have been an ardent follower of Nick's videos on Instagram for months now, breaking away from being the people pleaser. One of the wonderful takeaways that I get from this conversation is that my coach (who is excellent) is maybe this good, because he has his own struggles that he learns how to deal with step by step. I have learned to distrust coaches who seem to have everything together, because that is false. The authenticity that comes from this video is refreshing.
