    This one or a similar with tribal minimal rhythms at various speeds such as x0.8 and x1.2 the speed with breath retentions would be amazing
    Starting directly at “let’s go” or just a few words like length and tempo would be cool to test as an example experiment
    I like the minimal touch of this one allot

    No no widzę zupełnie inny styl, osobiście zadziałało u mnie jak kawa albo i lepiej ;) Chyba przez to, że 15min wchodzi się w ten rytm i to tempo przyzwyczaja (płynnie, powoli) do większego rozbudzenia zamiast szybko pobudzić ale po chwili zmęczyć :D Dobra robota

    • @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek

    Thank you for your reply on my "Coherent Breathing" video comment. I gave this one another go this morning because I felt a little frazzled and your note that staying relaxed while doing it is a skill. I think every one of the more vigorous breathing videos has "relax" in the instructions in one way or another, but I don't think it ever fully registered in my brain or body. I kept a close eye on that this time and made it all the way through and felt some moderately intense energy and emotion towards the end, which took most of the relaxation time at the end to dissipate, but it didn't get to an overwhelming point. This music seemed very steady and focused and straightforward, though I may have missed all the subtleties in doing the work of the practice. Thank you for making this.

      Thank once again for the feedback @fromdecatur.
      It gives me more awareness to give more detailed clues about importance of relaxation and technique in upcomming videos.
      Some time ago I did a video explaining the importance of relaxation during deep circular breathing exercises. Same mindset and tips can be applied to different deep breathing techniques.
      Here is the video:

      Let me know if that was useful.

      @@BreathworkBeatsbyTouek Thanks for the suggestion. It's a good video. The visual of you breathing was helpful--I haven't had a chance to practice breathwork with other people physically present yet, so the image was good. I don't think there's a lack of instruction about relaxation anywhere, just that I'm probably unusually slow on the uptake. I tend to progress very slowly at things like this, but I'm very persistent and make progress over time.

    Awesome one , do Sufis also practice holding breath after exhale for longer periods of time ?

    • @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek
      @BreathworkBeatsbyTouek  Год назад +1

      Hi abraxas, good question. I learned about "Sufi Breathing Technique" from Dan Brule's course "Breathwork Fundamentals". This split/ rapid inhales or exhales seems to be done for a longer periods of time without breathholds and incorporated into different spiritual practices. In this and all of my videos I try to avoid any strict philosophies or certain set of rules to allow people experience breathwork in it's simplest form with proper safety guidelines when approaching advanced exercises.
