Hi! If you are wanting the nice expensive designer bags. I recommend Dillard's and Macy's. They will have the newest bags as well as the store Saks Off 5th. If you are looking for prices like in this video for name brand TJ MAXX, Ross, Marshalls, Nordstrom Rack and Burlington are all overstock stores that carry designer bags and accessories at discounted prices. I know it is a lot of stores but maybe if you are in before black Friday you can scout those ones out. They really vary depending on the area you are in especially the over stock stores. They are really hit or miss. I hope this helps, I hope you have a great time in Houston! :)
