Yes it is absolutely safe , infact u can get multiple options for rooms and lots of tiffin facilities are available , if u get it u can definitely come without any second thought, as far as department is concerned m not that sure about it, I will try to review it asap
Dear plz again look into it my sister got AIIMS Jammu in 2019 2020 we were happy that she was into AIIMS but the sudden change in situation in Jammu had a very deep effect on her there was no Internet total clampdown and then we struggled for migration and at the end thank god we got it it was very tough situation for us bcz others also advised us that Jammu is safe but what v faced I hope that no body should face
