Yeah, it's a mod. I use it for quality of life, since I could achieve the same result just by starting and restarting until I get the skulls I want, but that'd be horrible for starting videos. I also do use an NPC fix mod as well, it fixes Slime RNG so he evenly targets every item slot, Spokesman of the Mist now can give you Magical and Physical amp, and Druid can give every Sin item and doesn't favor the same ones (this results to new items being added funnily enough since normally he can't spawn in some of them).
I don't quite understand why you have that view on glass body but not shyness. Shyness is just worse for rooms until bosses while glass body is consistent. although I will say taking both these curses is significantly better when your doing non omen runs and non king runs cuz ur increasing your damage taken through each cursed chest.
