Not sure, but I think that you missed #10, turning to look behind over L and R shld. otherwise, great video, very helpful for taking the form and turning it into a demo.
Hi, guys. Been a long time since I watched you. Broke my pelvis and spent 6 months in a facility. ? On the first test, sit to stand, what score would you get if you pushed off your thighs with your hands? It seems to me that this is harder than pushing off the side of the chair? ? Do you have a video on what exercises to do to improve your overall score on the Berg? Thanks, and once again, you guys are great.
why do you do this test?, I mean what are the most serious illness to find by this test? I am doing super bad since I passed cancer and chemoteraphy, I am 33 years old but I see I often lose equilibrium, tell me what problems/illness can I expect from lacking equilibrium
No way someone can give a good answer without doing thorough assessment. Losing balance could just be down to not being very active for awhile. Please speak to your doctor and tell them that it is a worry for you.

I got today 41 score out of 56...I hope that's okay?
41-56 is low fall risk :)
