I both agree and disagree with Levi. Rune factory 5 is a good game imo but it does have many flaws that can make it difficult to enjoy at times, especially graphically. The game just lacks the polish that usually comes with rune factory games. I have a feeling GOA will blow it out of the water, and even though I love rf5 it might be difficult to go back to fairly poor performance, unfinished looking areas, and somewhat watered down dialogue (among other flaws) if GOA impresses on all of these fronts.
RF4 on the 3DS was mine but I still played and enjoyed RF5 on Switch more Also Hina is a returning character from RF5 so it my be beneficial to play it to get her story/background.

Disappointing we didn't get a European specific live stream of the game. At least you put up a better quality version of American live stream with UK release details. The Japanese Marvelous account also did a live stream. They showed off the Switch version of the game. In general felt it had more information. So if possible would love to see a translation of that live stream.
As my 3rd RF game, I'm really excited for this. Rf4 didnt resonate with me, couldnt do more then an hour or 2 at a time, perhaps its a diff experience on a ds. Rf5 I net 230 hours in 2 weeks, I got hooked. However that game felt like the video game equivalant of isekai manga. And if you dont get that reference, then It felt like junk food. It had poor textures, long loading screens, and the story was.... not amazing, nor even good. busted mechanics you could abuse. But god was it addicting to leveling up. genuinly felt like a self insert type game isekai fantasy Needless to say, im excited to play an RF game made to the current times without anything holding it back
By having the random villagers you can appoint, does that mean we don't have any unique villagers anymore? Or is this only for the players farm segment and outside we have the normal village that is populated by named NPCs you can talk to and befriend like usual? Beside the 16 romance candidates I mean. The village would feel very empty and lifeless if so.🤔 Edit: I re listened to the segment again and he said no special NPCs....thats really a shame.

Story of Seasons is a brand rename of Harvest Moon after a mess with Natsume. That's why early Rune Factory games included A Fantasy Harvest Moon in the title. Marvelous makes it sound like they've always been involved with the Harvest Moon, now Story of Seasons, and Rune Factory franchises which very much isn't the case.
My notes and feedback: 1. Farm turtles? 2. Also Giving you the ability to truly live your Authentic fantasy life? For many, myself included that means not being bond by hypocritical social norms like a person can only romantically love a single person. 3. This seems to need a lot of computing power. 4. Finally a romanceable returning character. 5. As someone with blond hair and blue eyes who prefers to play as characters with the same hair and eye color I hope this will be the first RF game to have playable character customization.

We dont need to respect conservative opinions. They are usually bigotted and you have the option to date men as a woman. So you are already included. Proving the point that you just want YOUR option to be the only one, which is the reason I dont respect conservative opinions. Its always about removing choice and complaining that other people have options too. Including the option for same sx relationships doesnt take anything away from you, yet you complain.

This is going to be my first Rune Factory game so I'm really excited
