The Kelly Kettle - Base Camp 1.6L - "it's a good bit of kit!"

An introduction/hearty review of the Kelly Kettle, Base Camp model 1.6L. One of my favourite and most frequently used items in my full-time camp kitchen at the wagon-by-the-woods.

Invented by Patrick Kelly, a fisherman and farmer from Co.Mayo in Ireland, in 1890. From its tin origins to the modern-day stainless steel version. Popular with fisherman, campers and numerous other outdoor folk for many years and, as I might mention in this video, it is IMHO, "a good bit of kit!"
