I have made bread similar to that first one and mine doesn't come out so pillowy soft I don't know if my recipe is not right or if it is my pan lol it's still good but not like as puff and soft as yours

발효는 실내온도의 높고 낮음과 관계가 없는지요?
발효할때는 27~28도 정도의 따뜻한 곳에서 발효해야 하는 것 같아요~
