Tariro, the minister has explained why there is badlock on spousal, critical skills, PR and asylum/refugee visas. There is too much corruption and under funding from the international community. If the minister cannot resolve this two factors, forget about progress that I can promise you. That is the same things that the previous minister was struggling with. SA does not have the financial capacity to deal with migrant like before and corruption is also exarcebating the situation.

My advice is go take their birth in Lesotho coz I think SA law says even though a child is born in SA, the child takes the status of the parents.
