Candice Morgan visits the HTA School of Culinary Art in Johannesburg, where she meets Simamkele Twani. Simamkele is in his final year of training, and on graduation he will be a qualified chef. Candice also meets with the president of the SA Chefs Association, Stephen Billingham, about the programmes they offer to aspiring chefs.
