I love Jerome Valeska on the show, but I came up with a different way he could've been portrayed on the show, here's my take on the actual Joker's origin story: So There is this 12-year-old boy named Jack Napier who lived with his little sister and his mother who was the boss of Ace Chemicals. He was a small boy raised in the Haly's Circus which is run by his criminal, abusive father, the criminal underworld and the world of clowns and freaks are familiar to him even as a child. One day things boil over, his father goes on a particularly violent rant and he murders his mother and his little sister. Joker runs away from home and his father gets arrested and sent to blackgate but his son is nowhere to be found and the joker is haunted by that night and is and he starts to suffer from PTSD. Because he has nowhere to go, it was hard for him to survive on the streets full of thieves, criminals, and other dangerous people out there. He meets Selina Kyle on the bus in episode 4 when he is on the bus and kidnapped by Patti and Doug. At The GCPD Leslie Thompkins gives him his Medication (Pills) To take 2 with water a day, without them, he'd go completely crazy. After the incident, he asks Selina for advice on how to survive in the city. She tells Jack Napier sometimes he should introduce a little anarchy in his life. so he hands him a gun and a pocket knife to use if anyone tries to kill him on the streets and says to him "if you wanna get where you wanna go in this city, you gotta be someone else for a while" and that's where the path to Jack becoming the Joker begins. He meets Bruce Wayne for the first time in S2x3 when he saves Bruce from Jerome. after the day him and Bruce and Selina would become great friends/partners in crime and be a dangerous threesome. In Season 2x15 when Sonny Gilzen captures the 3, He sorta beats the hell outta him when he calls him cowardly after assaulting a girl. But Jack gets pissed off and kills Sonny after he says "your family must've been real fools bringing up a little freak like you" Jack is super pissed after he says that and beats the hell outta him with a baseball bat. In Season 3 Jerome kidnaps Jack and when he is at the carnival, Jack sorta tells Jerome his story of the night his father killed his mother and his sister but Jerome finds Napier's story to be interesting to him(Cause it reminds Jerome of his story with his mom and father) Jerome then brings his father to him which his cult members busted out of Blackgate and gives Jack a choice that if he wants to end his pain and avenge his families death, He just has to let it all out(KILL HIM) And Jack does so by stabbing him repeatly and He is Haunted by the night after its over.After the night with Jerome Jack's PTSD starts to develop worse and worse, which starts to complicate Bruce and Jack's friendship but Bruce is visibly scared at this point because he's now realizing how in over his head he's becoming. In Season 4 when Bruce turns into his teeny mood, Bruce and Jack do have lots of fun doing parties and hanging out together but Joker starts to get tired of Bruce's new attitude. It gets Bruce to a point where he threatens Napier to leave him and even talks about how he's just as a fool like his family was. Joker snaps and engages in some violent activity (Getting In A fist fight with Bruce), 2 hours later Joker tries to apologize To Bruce for his actions and Bruce forgives him. But then the cops show up out of nowhere because Bruce called them and arrest Jack because Bruce figured out He murdered his dad on the night with Jerome (sorta like this: ruclips.net/video/mUCts0V_uYc/видео.html During Napier's time in Arkham, he sorta gets into lots of trouble with the other inmates. Also, Jerome sorta tells Napier that Bruce never cared about him and that he should never trust cops or even accept order in the city and that the best cure is the laughing cure. When Jack escapes Arkham, he kidnaps Selina to get Bruce's attention and gives him a Phone call letting him know he's escaped and that he's now against him. he and Bruce get into a deadly fight with involves them almost killing each other. After the whole situation, Joker is taken into custody and Bruce think that it's all his fault that this happened and that he should've been a better friend and tells Gordon to let Jack go. After the situation, Bruce decides to have a final talk with Jack. Both of them have one last talk before both of them go separate ways. (Sorta Like This) Bruce: Where have you been Jack? Jack: Just living alone Bruce: Are you okay? Jack: No, And I hate the meds. You gonna make me take them? Bruce: You go insane when you don't. Jack: We're still gonna be friends if I don't... You know Bruce you used to care about me, now you don't even know who I am. Jack: I don't even know who I am half the time. You don't owe me anything Bruce: Listen, Napier, I care about you Jack: What does it even mean? Bruce: We look out for each other. Jack: Bruce, I don't need you standing around worrying, watching me. Watching me do my next Psychotic Crap. Bruce: It means Good and Bad, even though we may be different we're gonna be there for each other. Jack: And get into another fight which almost envolves us killing each other? No thanks, I'm not doing that with you again. Bruce: What is wrong with you Jack? Jack: TOO MUCH! Too much is wrong with me that's the problem, isn't it? we're not meant to be friends Bruce because too much is wrong with me and you can't do anything about that. Bruce: What are you talking about? Jack: What I'm trying to say is you can't change me! You can't fix me, cause I'm not broken. I don't need to be fixed, okay? I'm me! Bruce: So this is it? Jack: Sadly yes...It's for the best Wayne, we're better off separate paths. Bruce then just stares in silence heartbroken after hearing those words from his best friend. Then Selina shows up pissed off. Selina: JACK! Selina then walks over to the 2 boys with a gun in her hand. Jack: Ah shit... Bruce: Is that Selina? Selina: JACK! Jack: She's got a gun! Selina then starts shooting at Jack while he starts running off. Selina: You tried to fucking kill me! Jack: Oh Fuck you, Selina! Bruce then joins the chase. Bruce: Selina Stop! Then when he is all grown up he becomes a Gotham City Genius Bank Robber (Member of the Red Hood Gang), the second-in-command of crime boss Carl Grissom. The problem was after many heists he became so amazing with his Criminal Carrer that he became bored and apathetic of his Crime Job. He still suffered from PTSD which complicates his relationship with his wife to a point where she threatens to leave him. Joker snaps and engages in some violent activity (which involves him killing his wife) and is Taken to Arkham Asylum. When 2 cops escort Napier to his cell to meet Jerome as his cellmate, I would sorta make like the cutscene in Batman Arkham Asylum where Joker breaks free like this: ruclips.net/video/NfgLn31a00k/видео.html Then Jack would release all of the Arkham inmates and escapes from Arkham but Jerome is left behind. He ends up on a wild car chase with the GCPD and Batman on his tail and he would end up at ACE Chemicals. Upon the catwalk where Batman and Napier meet, Napier tries to shoot at him but Batman dodges the bullets and throws a Batarang at his mouth(Scars Origin) and he falls into the Ace Chemicals pit and after so many years of pain, all of his bad days, and the brutalities, and the battles he went through for the past years his SANITY in his mind finally SNAPS and emerges as the Joker. he turns loose on the streets and he truly begins his criminal career as a murderer and anarchist which inevitably sends him on his path to Becoming The Clown Prince of Crime And Turning from Bruce's best friend into his worse enemy.
