you have to either deploy the app separately frontend and backend on separate hosts or you can use monorepo structure to deploy the frontend and backend together by serving only the build of the frontend.

at that time we use .env file to store backend host address change it dynamically or use monorepo to deploy frontend and backend together

when use two folders like frontend and backend its very easy but when deploying it it is showing 404 error what we have to do then

for shared hosting you can convert the folder structure as monorepo so you can serve the frontend build in the backend itself

without any backend its no point of doing but you can use localStorage in frontend for that, if you want only a frontend app without any backend.
