You can always tell a losing ticket when the numbers are very close to what you need they only get you excited

I bought a $5 lottery ticket for me and my cousin who helped me paint my sons room when he was little.
I hit $10 on the first number, and he told me it was going to be a big winner. I thought it would only be $10, but I kept scratching and the second number was another $10, then another $10, then like a $25, and so on. Every single scratch was another win. It added up to $500!!! I split it with him for helping me. I couldn’t believe every single number hit. It was insane.
Sounds like you bought it for him for helping you then scammed half of the ticket when he won..lol

First pack I was up 320.00
Reinvested
Second pack 220.00 deficit...
Was still up 100 bucks ...
Reinvested
Third pack 200.00 deficit
Lost 100.00 total on 3 full sealed packs....
This showed me how difficult it is to actually win...
Never went back buying full packs again....

The lottery and scratch tickets are huge money wasters... why not buy property, stocks, bonds, or open up a business you are passionate about? No such thing as easy money guys.
@@phatshiet did all those things as well. Bought property and sold it. Also am a master electrician. My wife does the stocks. Never did we think scratch offs were going to be life changing. We were hoping to break even. We made a little, it was fun. But also that was my 20s, in my 40s now. Don't always assume about anyone. Anybody can surprise you.
$100 a ticket wow...here in the UK we had £10 cards but they were removed eventually because the gambling commission said only people with gambling problems would buy them, and it went down to a £5 limit on the price...$100 is pretty intense! only in america!

I used to do this in the 80's and 90's, but the last 50 tickets on a roll or an entire package thinking I was going to end up ahead, but alas I never really did and you don't unless one of the prizes is one of the larger ones that you can win. Don't play scratchies anymore !

Whats sad, the $200 guaranteed win didn't show up either which gives me alot of concerns on what's supposed to be guaranteed or not, but regardless, I don't like this ticket even though a 1 in 300 shot to get a claimer is the best odds out of any game so that's a thing... Still hate this ticket period because that 200 didn't come as stated on the odds. Now you did get the guaranteed two $150 wins but again, 4 out of 15 wins that's about where it should be get 4 wins and 5 wins to even the odds to 1 in 3.49

@@danooc1 lol spoiler what, AR did win decently at least, only lost $400 on the book which was alot better than the $800 guaranteed payback was at least.... I still don't like the fact that they advertise that they will payout 80% of the game or basically the ticket will run til at least the total payback hits 80% before they start closing the game regardless of all the top prizes get claimed before that or not. But the actual payback per book is expected to be just barely above 50% back at $800/$1500 spent or roughly an actual pay back per book of 53.3.... repeating %. Again very disappointed in this rate with such a historic ticket to have this kind of payback sucks nuts literally.

@@danooc1 well firstly while I am a member on here of AR, this was not released early at least to my knowledge by AR beforehand. All the information that everyone got was through FB and Instagram on AR putting his video up for these new tickets. Now yes while I do see videos he posts before everyone else, I never speak or comment on those videos til after he releases them publicly to everyone else, I know better than that. I mean if you view that post as a spoiler then I apologize, but to my knowledge this was not released early for the members, if it was I had no knowledge myself anyhow. I just commented when he released this video publicly so I don't believe I was spoiling anything here. But again usually I don't comment til hours after the public release, only did so today just for the simple fact that like everyone else, was eagerly waiting to see this video. But again if you view it as a spoiler my apologies again.
I guess in a sense, and I do this also, if I see comments listed early when the video is publicly released I simply don't look at any comments til after I see the video as to not spoil myself, because again usually I will watch alot of his early released videos but will never make any comment on it, because as you stated you have no knowledge yet and don't want to accidentally spoil it for you or anyone else that are simply subscribers of his channel. My suggestion in this case, just watch the video first then ofc comment afterwards, just an idea for the future danno.

I hit the $250k top prize on the $10 Cash Word in 2020 and around 15- $1000 winners and countless $500, $300, $250, $200, $150,$100,$75 & $50 winners also. Then in 2021 i hit $10k on the $50 $200 Million ticket ,$2k on the Millionairs Club $50 ticket and multiple $1000 winners on other $50 tickets. If i never played, then i wouldn't have ever won over $300K on all those tickets.

Lol he better get the claimer, because it's the best shot of any game here in Texas to win 1,000 bucks at 1 in 20 books, I will be steaming mad if AR doesn't get the claimer at some point during this tickets life. I know at the store I work at we only sold a book and a half worth of tickets and the best win from the first book was 300 bucks and 200 bucks so far on the 2nd book, but AR being in Houston area, he has plenty of stores where they have multiple books. I guess the good thing is, many of the chasers that follow AR everywhere probably will be hesitant at first to chase on these tickets, then at some point probably will chase for that 20 million dollar payout. Lol

It's looking like you need to hit $1000 or more to profit off a book. I think 1 in 300 breaks down to 1 in every 19.9 packs has a $1000 or more. That is the best way to look at it if you are buying full packs.

From what I know, the states to have a $50 ticket outside of Texas, is Pennsylvania and Florida. Pennsylvania was first with theirs came out late last year, then Florida just about a couple of months ago there abouts. What's sad about Florida's $50 the odds really stink at 1 in 4.5 but the catch is their ticket does pay a minimum $100 unlike here in Texas, some pay at $75 but has never had a guaranteed $100 minimum win since Texas started releasing $50 tickets years ago. Texas by the way was also the first state in the country to release the first $50 ticket many years ago and just now in late 2021 and in 2022 only two states have joined Texas.
It's hilarious that California which is one of the older states to have lottery tickets have never even released a $50 ticket, but to their defense they do offer max prizes of 20 million off their $30 tickets so go figure.
What's even more hilarious is while Florida and Pennsylvania has each 1 $50 ticket active, Texas has no less than 3 active at any time, and currently has 4 active $50 tickets ATM plus the $100 ticket that just started today.

Really appreciate the fact you didn't scratch them right on the counter :) people do this at the petrol station I work out, and it is horrible. I had someone blow about $400 on all losers on the $50 scratcher we have.
