  • 30-DAY FIT: Day 18 - 💪 Today, we’re focusing on GLUTES with a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell workouts. For the next 30 minutes, we’ll power through 10 different exercises, repeated 3 times. Each one will challenge you for 45 seconds, followed by a 20-second rest. Remember to listen to your body, take breaks as needed, and adjust your speed accordingly. Get ready to push your limits and feel the burn!
    Workout Breakdown:
    Warm-Up (3 minutes)
    1. Bodyweight Glute Bridge
    2. Dumbbell Glute Bridge
    3. Single-leg Glute Bridge - R
    4. Single-leg Glute Bridge - L
    5. Alternate Knee Drives
    6. Open and Close Knees
    7. Bodyweight Donkey Kick - R
    8. Bodyweight Donkey Kick - L
    9. Bodyweight Firehydrant - R
    10. Bodyweight Firehydrant - L
    REPEAT x 3
    Cool-Down (2-5 minutes)
    - Lower body stretches
    Workout Structure:
    - Perform each exercise for 45 seconds.
    - Rest for 20 seconds between exercises.
    - Complete as many sets as possible within the 30-minute timeframe.
    - Adjust weights and intensity based on your fitness level.
    - Focus on maintaining proper form throughout each exercise.
    Equipment:
    - Body weight
    - Mat
    - 40lbs x 2
    - 20lbs x 2
