  • In this webinar, Dylan Walker of Wilderlife discusses the importance of involving people and communities at the heart of rewilding initiatives. Our disconnect from nature is inextricably linked with our disconnect from the land itself. With just 25,000 people owning half of the land area of England, our opportunities to play in the woods, gather our food and fuel, and connect with our natural heritage have been squeezed with every passing century.
The rewilding revolution offers us the chance to rethink the essential role that humans can play once more as part of the diverse ecosystems in which we live. It's time for us to be a part of nature again, to gain more access to the land we call home, to the benefit of us all!
In this webinar, Dylan includes tips on rewilding small spaces such as gardens and window boxes. He also suggests how communities can gather together to gain access or acquire more land for rewilding purposes.
This webinar was produced by Wilderlife for the Lewes Climate Forum.
