I love the decor in the city! It's so festive!
Though, an idea for the hot dog stand next to pictures with Santa; you could make a bake/decorate cookie stand with the elves and a wrapping stand too like you said. Or- instead of cookies you could let the small elves sell candy canes to the citizens. Just some things I thought would be cute!

Me knowing whats about to happen cz i did it last year with one of my christmas trees:
BUT ANYWAYS TIP: When you decorate for any event, DONT delete the items if the update is still around, delete them after or when you want to, then use a spare empty plot to store all of your event items! Like a halloween section, christmas section, valentines section and new years section. It saves so much money. And when you want to use them, delete them from the plot and they will be in your inventory! (I reccomend putting them in a plot so the items arent mixed in your inventory) thank me later
