@@marcushaas44 The Super Stock RZ motor is 23 turn, so a tad too hot for the TBLE-02S which has a 25 turn limit. I run a fan on it which would usually help but with the Top Force, because of the under tray and body there isn't much air flow inside the car. So the fan would be just moving hot air around inside the car. 👍
Looks like y'all had a blast👍 that would have been the perfect day to load the back of the car up and take a wide range of RC's and made a whole day out of running and making videos. Very Cool. And thx for the run.
Both cars looked great out there! I loved all the clean driving and jumping the beginning and then you went to the footage of what looked like me driving into and off of everything on the track!!! I could tell by the laughs and giggles that it was a fun day out there!!!
Thanks mate! Haha yeah, I can only stay focused for a short time. Then it's all fun and games lol. Yeah it was fun! I need to work on my Muttley laugh. 😂👍
Nice RC action that must have been a lot of fun! Why on earth have I never bought myself a top force after all these years I’ve spent drooling over them 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
You guys bashed those top forces worse than me. They really go well and how nice they look. Definitely one of the best looking rcs made ever. They jump fantastic, can't wait to build the wife's top force but she's still working on the spare room. Of course I found a bargain, proboat Veles 29 and the wife bought a proboat impulse only used twice and we have 2 race boats we bought used coming. She better hurry up with the spare room. Great video mate especially the crash that broke the wing . Exelent filming.
Haha we usually start out being careful but it's never too not long before we start bashing lol. I agree mate, they look awesome and run great! At this rate you're gonna need two rooms mate, your collection is growing nicely. Wish I had a nice place to run boats nearby, that would be awesome. Yeah, crack the whip mate, get that room done lol. Thanks Peter! 👍
Yeah they are quite durable. Those wings being so high are just begging to be broken. I think having some cheap spare wings for running would be a good idea, and I wouldn't bother painting them. 😂👍
Great fun mate, shame about the overheating but I'm sure you have a master plan to fix it. I was surprised they were a match with such different motor esc combo's. Thanks for sharing your video Mick👍🦘🇦🇺
Yeah it was fun! lol Already fixed mate, I put the Hobbywing 1060 in. The TBLE-02S is only rated to 25T, the RZ is 23T. Usually I get away with running a fan, but no air flowing in the Top Force. Should be fine with the 1060. Cheers mate! 👍
Hi there Mick they do look awesome and the track looks a great place too. Shame about your over heating issue. Over the jump, they both looked really well balanced. Take care and best wishes to you. 😉😊😉😊
G'day John, thanks mate. I kind though it might get too hot, the motor is a tad over the limit of the TBLE-02S. Should be all good now running with the Hobbywing. They do jump quite well given their old design. Thanks mate, you too! 👍

The top force is tamiyas coolest car ever. I have a 13,5turn in it, just fast enough so I dont crash too much or too hard lol=) its my favourite runner. That and my new used lazer zx5 sp with the most important hop ups and a 5,5turn motor. Totally different cars though. The top force can crash more without anything breaking. Thanks to tamiyas flexible plastics I suppose....
The Top Force has to be one of my favourite Tamiya buggies. A 13.5t is perfect for them. Haha yes, a good amount of power without too much damage, that always a good thing. The ZX5 would be a beast with the 5.5. Oh yeah those almost rubber parts (especially lower arms) on the Top Force really do help with impacts. 👍
Oh, lovely, cool to see those buggies in action, you should have brought your second Top Force also, the black one. Regarding the over heating issues, I have been cutting out that air scoop on the body, it's a right hassle but I think it might be worth it. I just did the same on a new body for my Inferno also. You know, A.I.R. flow is needed, nailed that Anthrax reference!
Haha I don't think I want to drive the other two on that track. It's a nice track but it not good to drive on with the carpet on there. They pull most of the carpet up when they use the track. I have a cockpit in this Top Force, so cutting the scoop won't do anything as the cockpit fills that whole area. It's all good mate, it's fixed now. The 1060 will be fine, the TBLE-02S is only rated for 25T, the RZ is 23T. The fan usually helps, but yeah not good with no air flow. Haha nice one Mads, A.I.R classis Belladonna! 👌🤘
Nice run. You can clearly hear the difference between both cars, brushless sounds much smoother. I'm pretty sure that the carpet is permanent and put there to run on top of.
Thanks mate! Yeah they certainly sound different. Some of that carpet is permanent but most of it gets taken up when they use the track. I've seen their race videos. 👍
For an early 90s design the Top Force really is still a Force! Fantastic buggy you guys were not holding back on those jumps for sure! Great stuff Mick😉👍

Good day out!!! I have a Sports Tuned with the TGLE02S (no fan) in my Evo, and it gets hotter than I'd like. No cutouts yet, but I think you're right about the airflow being an issue.
Oh yeah it was a great day out. Yeah, I noticed each time I took the body off I could smell the heat in there. I think it was like driving an oven lol. 👍

Oh yeah, would have been great to run on a track back in the day. Haha yeah we wouldn't get too many laps out of those NiCads, you just gotta love the modern gear. I agree, they are a great buggy to drive and fly quite nicely! 👍
