I just want to thank God you are on youtube because this just brought joy to my day. I'm going to do my own version of self-care, that is, finish up some assignments, clean my kitchen, do my laundry, take a relaxing shower/do a face mask, journal, meditate and relax watching netflix.

Paige, I am not certain whether or not you used one off-camera, but please ALWAYS use a sunscreen with at least 30 SPF. If you do not use a sunscreen literally all the products you use become ineffective the second your skin comes into contact with sunlight (even if you are just sitting at home all day). Also, if you have sensitive skin, I highly recommend for you to get rid of any scrubs that you have and instead use chemical exfoliants such as lactic acid, glycolic acid, etc. Scrubs are a physical exfoliant that is far too abrasive and damaging to your moisture barrier, which in turn sensitizes or causes skin irritation. That is not to say ALL physical exfoliants are bad but most are. Some physical exfoliants that are decent are those that have fine grains and typical soluble by water, for example, the Tatcha Rice Polish exfoliator or the Peter Thomas Roth Firmx Peeling Gel are examples of fairly gentle physical exfoliators. I would still recommend a chemical exfoliator over either of those. I love your channel
