Sir actually i have a doubt my project is about microemulsion but i am unable to formulate that means the formulation tend to degrade within 2 hours but we know microemulsion are stable and wont degrade is there any better approach to formulate it
Create ternary plot diagram. Depending upon the excipients of your desired formulation ternary plot will be pseudo, or ternary plot. Pseudo: where oil, water, surfactant and co-surfactant mixture create an isotropic formula. Normal ternary plot: co-surfactant will be absent. 3 components will be create an isotropic formula. Ternary create by water titration and their data obtained from that titration. If the information is helpful. Please subscribe the channel do like and share.
Is it turbid, after incorporating in the delivery media? Check it. If it is not. Then it's ok If it is, then please develop your formula by altering excipients
Thanks Pratik, for asking the question. First of all you do not get the emulsion if you not add the water into the system. Secondly, the actual formulation doesn't contain any water. It will only contain surfactant, co-surfactant, and oil. This three components will incorporate into a capsule. After reaching the capsule into the target site, with your swallowed water approx 200 ml will emulsify and produce the SMEDDS. Which further penitrate into our body. If the answer is not satisfactory please tell to describe more, where you don't reach in this topic. If it is helpful please subscribe my channel dear. Thank you

microemulsion should be clear and transparent but im getting turbidity after titration with water just like emulsion. Any solution for this

Check it.

Water is added in formulation of smedds or not?

How to know if a microemulsion is oil in water or water in oil
Dissolve the emulsion in a oil soluble or water soluble colour and observe under digital microscope.
Sir i selected microemulsion as my project subject.. Can you please suggest some references i can go through .. ?? Plzz reply
