Imo, after adding this, I think it's the perfect time to add floating islands around the overworld next, maybe in a specific biome or something, it would be a great reason to explore the skies with the happy Ghasts. Maybe implementing the Aether mod is way too idealistic as much as I'd want it, but perhaps they could do something like this instead.

I tried the update an hour ago. The Vibrant Visuals feature has perfectly added the wonderful textures and shading that Minecraft world always deserves. I started playing Minecraft when Trails And Tales was added and the best update is definitely Chase The Skies.
Well I wanted to try the update too but vibrant visuals is nowhere to be seen. I play on ps4 by the way

@Li0Convoygo to your video settings in game and scroll all the way down to graphical settings, it’ll have three options and just toggle the vibrant visual one on. Normally the game is set to fancy

I'm a bedrock player and I'm so excited to try shaders! I have never gotten to use shaders before, I'm definitely going to turn this on a lot!
@yesitsme i'm a bedrock player too even my friends. Three years ago, we we're mobile players to use mods since one of my friend's would find mods for us all to try out. But sadly sometime in either 2022 or 2023, when they made the Render Dragon Edit, we we're able to play most mods. (Especially shaders) 😢

@kadenfinexd8665well it actually worked fine 2-3 years ago. But Mojang of course to edit the Bedrock engine - Render Dragon -, so then after that, we weren’t able to use shaders anymore.

I expected these small updates sprinkled throughout the year would be kind just ok as they were added, but this one is actually amazing ngl. Not only does it add so many quality of life features and new game mechanics for the player side of the game, but it also adds lots of mechanics for the modding and coding side of things as well. Overall, I feel this update is targeted more towards every single playstyle, which is awesome. Even pvp with the new war planes >:D

@danielingram8700actually it can. I’m not sure what you are thinking. It runs modern hardware and software. Switch 1 cannot handle this, but switch 2 is completely different. Switch 2 has a custom GPU equipped with tensor, RT, and CUDA core technology. If the Xbox series s can run vibrant visuals, the so can the switch 2.
