To be honest the older survival house build were very nice outside but the inside was also mainly just nice. It didn't have much storage and you had to almost every time go up or down for more storage but his one is very good and i would build it in my survival world. It's incredible how you can use all the space in a certain decoration. Good looking, simple and has everything in the inside what you need on the same floor. I don't know if you did it yourself or because of the feedback but either way this is the best survival house you have built so far.
I hope you get some confidence from this feedback for the future builds

One thing I suggest when doing tutorials of using the dynamic surroundings mod it makes footsteps and echos sound so good
