Arowana Fish Series Ep. 1 : Choosing the right arowana aquarium size is the first step if you wish to keep arowana fish. You can either make a big fish tank or get a small fish tank of minimum size of four feet then later upgrade to a bigger fish tank.
Be it silver arowana fish or pearl arowana fish or green arowana fish or any asian arowana fish, it is always good to keep a baby arowana fish if you are new in the arowana fish hobby who is keeping arowana fish for the first time.
Your arowana fish tank filter should be best or next to best as arowana is a freshwater fish so the filter should be able to keep your fish away from all the dirt and waste so choose the right filter according to the aquarium size.
Arowana is a monster fish or giant fish and big fish don't need decoration or unwanted things like plants, sand or rocks in your aquarium.
Fish tank decor is for aquarium fish like gold fish, cichlid fish, small fish like tetra fish, guppy fish not for giant fish like arowana.

Hi sj sir how can i convince my parents to upgrade my tank from 2 feet to 3feet ?my parents says you have to focus on your studies because i am in 8th standard.i was in this hobby since 4 years
In a way your parents are also right because when I was of your age I was told the same thing. Hobby is important but your academic year is more important. You can focus more on the hobby once you pass your tenth grade when you enter your college life or even more once you start earning. But presently focus more on studies but also keep the hobby running learning new things and getting wonderful experiences from it. Back to your question so You can convince your parents by promising them that you'll study even more hard and try to get more marks. I think they will understand you but whatever their decision be always remember that their decision will be always right and for your good. All the best and happy fish keeping.

Oh yes they are giant monsters now. As it's a big tank so it would be difficult to change the tank background now but thanks for your valuable suggestion. Also before making every fish tank of our fish room we first paste the vinyl on the backside glass.

@@SJInceptions Currently I feed my arowana 'Shrimp' and 'Dried mealworms'. I try many pellet foods like WA arowana nutri sticks, Azoo arowana sticks, Life aayu cichlid food but my arowana don't eat those food.

@@SJInceptions sir you always motivate me, after watching your qian hu farm arowana video i also bought qian hu farm RTG arowana it was not easy to buy for me because of its price but I saved my pocket money and this happened because of you sir. But as you know KDMC water condition is not good, do you use normal tap water in your aquarium and plz suggest which water conditioner you use after water change plz reply sir 🙏

That's really so sweet of you. Thank you so much. Glad to know that you decided to spent your pocket money so wisely. This made me recollect good old memories - when I was in my early 20s even I used to spend my pocket money to run the hobby.
You can use KDMC water there is not issue but it should be stored water. Normal tap water is also from municipal corporation supply. So we don't have any option. Always make sure you add white liquid / chlorine remover of any brand before adding new water after water removal is done. Hope this helps. Happy fish keeping.
