    The game tells you this, but its advice more people need to listen to. DON'T. RE-PEAK. CORNERS! Unless you are already primed to throw a frag, don't re peak the same corner an enemy saw you dissapear around, they will react faster than usual, and in late game area's like the mall, it is a good way t get filled with bullets

      Absolutely correct! Repositioning is key!

    I really needed this video. Love the game but so far died quickly on my first two raids. And the last one I stepped out of a building and straight into a pack of three wild boars that were not there when I went in.

    - Always try sniping and using scopes as high enhancement optics grant u instant bullet travel time and increased damage
    - Play with a headset, maybe turn down geiger volume to a comfortable level so that it does not block off important sounds
    - Even without scopes, try to keep your distance and use semi auto only (the only exception would be CQ encounters like the internal area of the sawmill, which I recomend clearing out agressively w/ an AK; or large packs of ghouls on some of the harder maps)
    - The best early game build is the starting mosin w/ PU scope and the kedr (black smg Barman sells from the start) as a sidearm
    - I strongly advise against using pistols in early game, at least until U get your hands on a .45
    Those are just a few personal preference tips backed by about 100 hours in the game. They may not apply for every single situation and suit everyone's playstyle, but if you're the kind of player who gets f*cked by every oponent in a 10 mile radius, they might kickstart your learning process. Experiment w/ the weapons for yourself and feel free to correct my statement if you feel like doing so. Have fun!

    I suggest making a guide for the easiest progression throughout the game, and how to use the free armors given by quest rewards. For example, the FOOK2 is a good all rounder armor. I didn't know there was a quest that gave it as a reward that was fairly simple. So ended up grinding needlessly to buy it

    • @Imperfect322
      @Imperfect322  Год назад +7

      That's a great idea! Gonna have to add it to the docket. Thanks for the suggestion!

      Same with weapons. If you find a weapon that you might be grinding forwhen you are in a zone, dont sell it, even if it has low durability. The doctor sells repair kits, 15k a piece, which is going to be way cheaper than the weapon itself.

    • @NeostormXLMAX
      @NeostormXLMAX Год назад +1

      @@Imperfect322you are incorrect, the scavenge is the absolute best module because you can acquire almost all quests and sleep infinitely in camp to reset all the rewards infinitely to get unlimited money and other crafting materials at the start

    I personally mostly use a silenced marauder modern with highest possible ergonomics and scope. Pair that with the sniper and the sprinter perk, and boom, good movement, around 200% damage when scoped, and scoping is usually extremely accurate and easy due to percs and the modded weapon. Alton- or braker- scope, the lion scope affects ergonomics too much.

    First: pistol is useless, start with an ak ( don’t spread bullets but short burst )
    Second: grab everything you find, of course watch out for the weight you can carry, and then sell all weapons you find ( if they have some good attachments disassemble it and sell the other parts and keep what you need)
    Third: use cover, cover are your friends but once behind them you can be blind about enemies positions so keep in mind where they are
    Fourth: don’t be afraid, die is an element of this game
    Fifth: once you get more space and an armor that protect you against bullet the game start to be more “ easier “

    I personally feel like the first built module if possible is scavenger if you have the materials, since hunger and thirst are not an issue in the bunker. I'm sure this might change in the future, but you can sleep repeatedly and gain enough materials to make other modules after 3-4 nights of 24 hour resting, and the contents of the rest can usually be sold to buy the six dirty waters, 8 moldy bread and 4 cooked meats and you can recover fullness and thirst from those three nights alone if you don't mind the small time grinding. It's actually quite broken at the moment.
    I made my infirmary from sleeping two nights once. The loot table is very large.

    I have an issue with getting half my healthbar removed even when I jiggle peek angles. the NPCs have zero hesitation and it even feels like they prefire me some times

    • @Imperfect322
      @Imperfect322  Год назад +3

      Yeah the AI sometimes has insane reaction times, especially if they are looking at the angle you are peeking. What works for me in those cases is either repositioning, or wide swinging the angle while pre-firing the corner. Hope this helps!

    Isn't Ergonomics's also about taking out your gun? i even thought it influenced the Reload speed but that might be wrong. I do have a lot of hours in the games, was still interesting, thx

    • @Imperfect322
      @Imperfect322  Год назад

      Thanks! Ergo only impacts the delay of your mouse movements when aiming. Reload speed is a seperate stat affected by magazine used and skill points.

    • @s.h.nourani5469
      @s.h.nourani5469 Год назад

      Weapons with really high ergo should be used for hit-and-run tactics, preferably with added silencer (or brake, if you want, silencers are better tho) and scope. Specalizing shooting into sniper also supports this tactic. I usually have no problems, and when i do, i usually get attacked when i peek around a corner.
