I want to add something here...India no doubt is great for cse but it depends on the types of college you are going to study..There are more than 1000 universities in India.Only some of them provides quality education.If you think if you go and study in any tier 3 college in India and you will get a good package it's a myth.In the context of cse college does not matter a lot.
