      ⚠️ WARNING: we will not have another election. Anarchy will take hold, the people are poor hungry, jobless and desperate. South Africa will become the next Sri Lanka, after this. A new political system will arise, Democracy has failed us, it cannot be the harbinger of terrorists in power, nor can it sustain a vast cultural and racial diversity as in South Africa. The good will that white South Africans had, will be the end once the radicals kills thousands openly on the streets of Jo’burg. Then the people will finally realize who and what the ANC and EFF truly are, murmurous thief’s, lying scumbags. Remember all the communication, dry foods that was stolen in Natal? Enough to feed a communist army. South Africas union will fall, and digress into smaller cultural and racial enclaves. Stop placing your trust in people, and prepare yourself for the violence mentally, and start putting your trust in God the almighty, to protect us for what is too come. We will not see another General Election!

    It is quite obvious to the people in the poor neighborhoods (and they are well aware), that there is forces behind the scenes in all of these major parties that is not really working and having the interest of their wellbeing at heart. They all there just to serve their own interest. Crime will thrive in these poor neighborhoods because keeping them drugged and their minds befogged and keep them in a state of fear of gangs that is raging havoc amongst them, suits these leaders well to stay in goverment. Subject the masses to fear and you'll stay in power. And here the race card, the handouts of pittance etc is a classical example.

    I do not agree with the view that "Mbeki - great job". A lot of the issues we sit with today are as a result of what his government did, and the government before him. Take illegal immigration - those two governments destroyed our borders. Allowed the crisis in Zim to happen. Their mining policy was a disaster, leading to joblessness and eventually the ZamaZama crisis we sit with today. Zuma and Cyril was useless, but dont forget the mistakes that happened before them. Also, Mbeki's economic "success" was partly as a result of global economic growth and the commodity boom which supported our economy greatly, and because of the sanctions being lifted in the years leading up to this. But there are a lot of economic stats that went south in this time. Also recall that in 1998 the decision was made to not privatize Eskom, and then to scrap its capex program, including the pebble bed nuclear program. These decisions were taken by the Mandela and Mbeki governments.

    • @sandyseale1

      Mandela And Mbeki and all who followed after them were and still all are puppets of the Clause Shawb, World Economic forum , group who placed all these puppets in , As they have done in other countries that all going the same way as South Africa. Its the same pattern, destroy the borders and farmers and food .Destroy the infrastructure . We were the forerunners for the world for The New World Order to come in .. People must lift up your heads and see who these So called puppet Leaders take their orders from And The Murdochs And Rupert Families are The head of the NWO in South Africa .

      If you are arguing against perfection, then you will always win. You can always find bad things or choices made by even the best leaders (Mbeki's HIV/AIDS drama is one). However, the truth is Thabo's period was the best time in South Africa's history. Pretty much all the metrics we care about were reflecting it (freedom, Ease of doing business, crime, GDP, debt levels, unemployment, etc). The economy was growing, creating 500k jobs a year (nowadays it takes 7 years to create 300k jobs). No one is able to take advantage of a commodity boom without the right systems and people in place, otherwise, commodity-rich countries like DRC and Zimbabwe would have become heaven on Earth and enjoyed the same massive growth, development, and changes during that time also. They didn't. Honestly, if we pin Mbeki's success to the commodity boom, then no country on earth can be said to do well. We can always pin their success to a steel boom or technology boom or oil boom or X-boom. Basically, nothing to do with governance and economic choices. It's all just boom based. Policies and leaders don't matter.

    • @ryanstephen120
      @ryanstephen120 2 года назад +2

      @@gopolanglekoto Agreed, we recently had another commodity boom during which SA continued sliding downwards, and from 2009 - 2019 the world went through a period of fast, uninterrupted global economic growth which South Africa missed out on.
      The Mbeki years were the best we had, while the Zuma years killed us

    • @gopolanglekoto
      @gopolanglekoto 2 года назад +1

      @@ryanstephen120 100%. The massive growth the world saw from 09 to 19 prove this point about booms. The world economy can boom to the Moon or Pluto, but without the right people and systems in place, it will not translate into growth and success domestically. Mbeki and his team deserve flowers from us. Not a perfect team, but good enough team to move the needle.

    Solly, I like your channel, more especially when you call educated people of this country. We are a disappointed group. We were hated to the core and still are , by the ANC government. Cadre deployment is destroying government. There is nobody to deliver. I watched government deteriorating until I resigned, seeing that I was closed in all respects, educated and smart in my area as I am in my field of study ( Maritime) BA, BProc, LLB, Masters Environment, Masters Maritime Studies, Dip Marine Surveys, Dip yachts & Small crafts, Dip Legislative Drafting and Modules in Total Quality Management ( TCM) . Guess what, I found myself managed by a Matriculant and later an Indian from Mauritius. My sin was closing corruption. I told them from day 1 that I am not employed to enrich anybody. I have a lot to say.

    Solly is a really smart guy. Rob is passionate. Thank God for people like this. Rob should spend some of his money encouraging first time voters to VOTE. This is the key. This will possibly save us. Young first time voters are a lot smarter that we where when we first voted in 1994. They will do the right thing and vote for a party that has the same values as them which is great because they will not vote for the ANC.

    Although I share in the practical views, I am not very enthusiastic about the future. This country still has a long way to rock bottom before the electorate will learn. If they will learn.

    Ive been part of the DA for many years even held branch positions. The DA is the best but they have a branding problem. They need to rebrand and the only way to legitimately do that is to merge with other parties and create a new combine party.

    Interesting and frank discussion. The only hope for SA is that a strong and importantly cooperative coalition form to topple the ghastly incapable ANC off it's foundations. There is no excuse for voters continue blindly supporting the ANC. SA cannot afford a continuation of rule by a class of political 'royalty' based on blind loyalty. There are pragmatic steps that must be taken for SA recover from two decades of political mismanagement. The steps that must be taken require fundamental policy shifts that the ANC refused to consider as follows: 1) placing country before party; 2) revising BEE policy; 3) removing state involvement in business - Denel, SAA, ACSA, Alexkor, Armscor, etc; 4) reducing the size of government considerably; 5) curtailing illegal immigration.

    As much as l will support a new party formed by amalgamation of the political parties whose policies are more or less the same, problem of Africanism will cause that such an amalgamation will fail as everyone of those parties would want to be president. And another problem is that you cannot mix water and oil.

    Rob, I Iost faith in you when you kept on name dropping karou charou. If you think he's the best the Indian community can offer, you are very sadly mistaken. Karou Charou is a clown at best and I'm being kind in my description. Extend your search, research principled people such as Kanthan Pillay etc and you will easily find the 100 leaders necessary, to lead our country out of the darkness or finds itself in.
