I always find it fun that Beren's response to Thingol's challenge of bringing back one of the most powerful objects in the world from the crown of the most powerful being was basically "is that it?" 😂
I'll never understand why this story wasn't adapted first for a movie. This is the best story of the Silmarillion but that's just my take. Great video!

Gotta say, A.I. visuals are becoming more and more amazing. Very soon now, there will be no more need for actors at all. And when A.I. combines with advanced robotics, there will be no need for workers at all. Then there will be this vast population of unemployed humans, just useless eaters with no connection to the economy. What will happen then? What if A.I. takes over politics and all decision making? (Its already happenning in stock trading). Money is quickly becoming digital, just information on a computer. What happens if that's just turned off. We are beginning to live in a science fiction movie.

But I know how hard it is to get AI to show what you want. It struck me how Beren was the last of his kin and had gone through great trauma and grief before he met Luthien. Tolkien was the only one of his friends to survive the Great War, and I know this was a reflection of how he felt. He and his wife had the greatest real-life love story. I look forward to the next part of Tolkien's greatest tale!

Hurin's children and the story of feanor would be amazingg, and I recommend you to use the song 'warrior from desert' in your short movies. This music, for me, is the best to fit in a silmarillion movie. I wish your channel will grow

Great job Cottage! Although I have always thought the greatest problem of making the story of Beren and Luthien is finding a Luthien that is the most beautiful of the Children of Iluvatar. This one is pretty but nothing breathtaking. Just my opinion. Great work anyway.
