Just to let everyone know, I'm perfectly fine... back of my arm and leg turned alllll sorts of pretty colours and I was a bit stiff the next day but that was all. Pure luck, if it had been deeper it could have been a real problem but it was only about 4 foot deep and even had some nice footholds on the wall. (we planned it that way gottta get them viral views ya know ;) .... jk this was entirely unplanned and a bit of a wake up call, I look at floors a bit more closely now. Still don't listen to the Grumpy Pumpkin though :D )
That glass may have been in the doors of a cabinet or a glass dining table that broke when they were moving out. Wow, I hope your friend didn't suffer any damage. 🌹
The project gantt chart may indicate the road project may have used the house as a project office. Government may have bought the land and the house is empty.
What an odd and pretty house, but it was obviously very loved and enjoyed in it's prime...I agree with the thoughts it's been added to bit by bit, and a bit oddly at times, to be really customised to the folk who lived there. Thanks for showing us!
I like the trim under gutter edge. I wouldn’t use it where it is here but I like it. There seems to be a lot of cracks in the walls. How odd the kitchen window looks like it doesn’t open. The turned legs under the bench in that bed room can be purchased at Bunnings as I used them on an old door I turned into a table. Honestly this place looks like it was built from leftovers. I have a suspicion that this house was not built to the specifications of the building code and didn’t pass the final inspection for the keys to be handed over. Bloke going through the floor will be sore for some time. Ouch! Interesting when he got out that the place he fell through was square. Maybe he fell through a hatch. Where he fell down is the access to the gas pipes, I just noticed the tag. Interesting that you were talking about someone trying to burn is down again as the first gas tag that you pointed out had a hole in the floor similiar to the last one. Makes you wonder if they were trying to use the gas as an accelerant not knowing the tragic results if they were successful.
Nice explore of a place with plenty of character. It's a real pity that they built the highway so close and the people left as a consequence. Anyway, I'm glad Luke is okay as that looked rough as he went through the floor near the other hole in the floor. As you said, another example of how urban exploring has its risks as well as seeing some amazing places as well. I look forward to your next one! :)
My husband experienced the same thing in the attic of our old house. I'm glad you're okay and my husband feels your pain.... and maybe wear a jock strap next time!!! My hubby suggested😂
I’m glad your friend is OK. That could have been real bad. These old places are falling apart and are dangerous. This house was cool but a little strange too. Like that first room you thought was a bedroom with a shower in it was weird. I’m glad no one got bit by any snakes. Nice work. Please stay safe and well out there. P.S. Why don’t you show yourself in these videos like all the explorers in America do? Your friend Grumpy Pumpkin shows himself.👍😯
It's mainly because i'm behind the camera. We're a pretty low budget outfit lol. So i don't have all the fancy equipment to set up shots and stuff like that. And i'd much rather show off the places we go to. They are the real stars :)
@@thefrightenedexplorer4262 I can’t seem to find your friend the grumpy pumpkin on RUclips. Can you send me a link so I can follow him. There are lots of grumpy pumpkins but not any explorers. So I thought you might know how to find him. Thanks

Be careful out there exploring.
We don't want any of you getting hurt.
Glad you're okay!!
And thanks for not asking for it to be edited out; appreciate you guys showing the hobby is a sometimes dangerous one! x
Glad you are ok! That looked scary! Also good thing you go exploring with friends and not alone in case that ever happened!
Glad you’re ok mate. 👍
I am glad he is OK and that's why you should always have a partner when you go into these houses.

Howdy Steve. Welcome to the channel!. You got some catching up to do lol. :)

Good call. Seems a little far from the kitchen though. But best idea so far!
I was about to comment on how solid and fixable this place looked…. LOL! Floors may be questionable….
Luke agrees lol
Be careful broken bones and injuries can be life changing 😢
How the house has a third floor.I hope you’re ok that was pretty deep your lucky someone helped you out.probably termites eating the wood a way
Was actually my friend that fell. He is fine :). And it was hard to tell what was up in the roof for sure.

i'll pass that onto Luke lol
Still better than getting shot. Glad everyone is OK.
That's a radon seal in the foundation.
Oh really? Awesome. Thank you. One of the reason i love exploring, I learn stuff lol!
I hope that gentleman is ok
He posted a comment if ya wanna check it out :)
The walls are thin and they have taken the sink out and left. To go to a new home it out in the sticks it will just be like that for years
An all to common occurrence unfortunately

@@irenewatts2874 He doesn't post explore video's. He used to post music stuff. But hasn't for almost 2yrs. He is just an explore buddy :)
@@thefrightenedexplorer4262 OK Thanks for the info.
I would love to have the house noise does not bother me
The rooms seem very small.
Sounds like you have a chatty Kathy in the background. I would go bunkers around him.
They are excited to explore the cool house :). And i talk way more than they do lol :). Thx for watching!
This house could be a easy flip
