Very helpful info. I’m going to try to save my coleus this winter. I’m in zone 10b and surprisingly only occasionally do they survive the winter outside.
Coleus, Geranium , will be fine in the baskets. Just keep them where they can get at least 6 hrs a day. Vinca - seeds are better. Impatients - cuttings are better . Geranium and Coleus may get long stems, indoors. Just trim them before bringing them outdoors in spring. We are in Zone 6b. We bring them indoors first week if October. Outdoors after Mother’s day. Hope this helps.
My plants never propagate in soil... I need 2 put my cuttings in water for them 2 propagate... Can I propagate cuttings of vinca, impatiens & geranium in water?? 🙏🏻 Mumbai India 🇮🇳
Are all those plants with flowers going to die on the winter time ? Since they are annual they comes back after the winter season or when do they comeback Thank you for well presented this video.

Yes. Coleus can just stay in water too. Or take a small cutting and plant in water and place indoors.
Informative and very beautiful 👌

Very nice. I am taking cuttings of coleus and leave them in water. Better to take seeds of vinca (easy and no maintenance during winter)

Thank you for well presented this video.
Annual means they don't come back. Perennials come back each year
Why take cuttings for it to survive the winter? If you bring the whole plant inside it will die?
@@eyalyatzkan3098 if you have enough place indoors, you can bring them indoors with the pot.
I lost 90 sun patients the first year, and 45 the second year. I don't know why. There must be a secret to them.
Which state in US ?
