- This video has been created by Jonathan Humphries, a successful Online Cello Teacher and good friend of mine. The idea has been to walk together around Cremona, and we wanted to visit violinmakers who make more frequently cellos.
It was not so easy to find them, but how you can see we were successful with Pasquale Sardone and Vladimir Cubanzi.
Booth makers are special and fit very well into the huge variety of makers of Cremona. I am always happy to find makers who have their own identity and work on their own idea of how they want it to be. Pasquale and Vladimir are icons in this cremonese jungle!

Thank you Edgar I enjoy your tours of the various luthier’s, plus we get to see more of Cremona. Which I hope to visit one day. Edgar when you purchase your tone wood do you tell them the density that you like to work with? Would I be correct in thinking different makers prefer to work with a particular density?
