Would you, say, visit the onsite building management office, asking them to contact us (via phone)? *It's troubling that, although **_said/indicated that it does_** happen, we never seem to see footage of city apartment dwellers/residents winning.*

I would pay off my house, my mom and dads house, my parents-in-law house, give them some money, kitchen and bathrooms will be getting new countertops and back splashes, set aside a little 'fun' money to shop with, and hire someone to advise me on how to best handle/grow the rest of my newly found fortune!
