I nailed the top 3. Wanted Dead or Alive is my favourite song by the band, with Bad Medicine at a close second, but Livin' On a Prayer deserves the top spot.
"ITS MY LIFE" should have been WAY higher,at least in the top 5 cause everyone knows that song and knows the lyrics to it as well,watch mojo fucked up 100% on that for sure

Not enough songs from the 90s in this list. Probably because they were less popular in the US at the time but I think "Keep the Faith" slaps and "In These Arms" has one of the best melodies they could ever come up with.
"It's My Life" and "Always" have more views than "Livin' on a Prayer" on their channel. So I think everyone has their own song that they associate the most w/ the band. The amazing thing is that all three songs are from three different decades.

Dry county is a nice song but not that great. It didn't had a great commercial success also. I like Santa Fe better, although it's not done by the band only by Jon.
Ken Cabigas Too much is made about commercial success some of their greatest songs were not singles so therefore wouldn't have charted. Dry County, Joey, Stick to Your Guns, Lie to Me & You Had me From Hello are some of them.

You guys may not have liked "Always" enough to put it on the list, but honestly, it should've gotten a spot--not necessarily a high spot, but a spot nonetheless--based solely on the fact that it's the bands biggest selling single (I know, right?) and that aspect is one of the major criterias of a WatchMojo Top 10 Song list.
It's an absolute travesty that "Always" didn't make the list, and even worse that it didn't even receive an honorable mention. I thought for sure it would make the Top 5.

I like how high you rated "Born to be my baby." The first time I heard it, I said to myself, this is Livin' on a Prayer part 2. Years later I found out I was right. Jon actually said in an interview that Born is a sequel to Livin'. What a great song!

Absolutely! And for me, the first time I heard it, I could tell they wrote it as a song to be played live. Just listening to the studio version almost makes you feel like You're hearing alive performance. That song was written to rock a crowd! And it works for that. Really well.

An underrated song. Too bad it wasn't released as a single, that's the reason it wasn't here. This top 10 is base on commercial success and fan fave. But this song is one of my alltime fave from this band.
Who cares if it was a single or not, a great song is a great song :) . On a personal note, i really didn't know how i felt about that song when i heard it at first, but it certainly grew on me :) . In my own defense it was quite a dark song for a 14 year old's brain to process, which was the age i was when These Days came out, also with the song's position as the last song on side one of the album's tape, it gave you a bit of time to ponder the song before switching over to side two :) .

Those top two songs you picked, plus 'Wanted Dead or Alive," took Bon Jovi from being just another warm-up act. .. to being the #1 rock band on the globe, within a time period of about ten short weeks. Most people couldn't even tell you who recorded "Runaway" or "Im and Out of Love." Then, the ground shook under all of us, and even grandmothers who didn't listen to popular music or watch MTV could tell you who Bon Jovi is, and name at least one of their top three songs.

"It's My Life" and "Always" have more views than "Livin' on a Prayer" on their channel. So I think everyone has their own song that they associate the most w/ the band. The amazing thing is that all three songs are from three different decades.

I like how high you rated "Born to be my baby." The first time I heard it, I said to myself, this is Livin' on a Prayer part 2. Years later I found out I was right. Jon actually said in an interview that Born is a sequel to Livin'. What a great song!
Jon Bon Jovi, Richie Sambora, & Desmond Child = Songwriters Hall of Fame inductees. Alongside other legends such as McCartney, Lennon, MJ, the Gibb brothers, John Williams, etc... An underrated song. Too bad it wasn't released as a single, that's the reason it wasn't here.
This top 10 is base on commercial success and fan fave.
But this song is one of my alltime fave from this band.
So it is "thick as thieves", "these arms", "say it isn't so", "all about lovin' you"
But as Ken said, They are underrated songs
Who cares if it was a single or not, a great song is a great song :) .
On a personal note, i really didn't know how i felt about that song when i heard it at first, but it certainly grew on me :) .
In my own defense it was quite a dark song for a 14 year old's brain to process, which was the age i was when These Days came out, also with the song's position as the last song on side one of the album's tape, it gave you a bit of time to ponder the song before switching over to side two :) .
