Hey mate, yeah I could feel the tail beating. Plus the bite was very stereotypical of a flatty or Jew inhaling it on the sink. Oh well we will never know I suppose 😂😂
Gday, I live in Geraldton and was just there a couple of weeks ago with 5 other lads, no marlin but we did get a bag of flatties. that bouy that was in the first half of the episode got in the way of the boat when I was driving haha, we were heading out and I was going to the left of it then my brother in law whom owns the boat looked up at the last minute and said "no go to the right of it there is a sand bar there" too late, couldn't turn or stop in time so gave it a nudge, 🤷♂.
Defs the resident ray mate im local and been hooked multiple times down there. Big boofers just cruise back out to horsshoe bay and keep pulling.
Haha we he had me sorted 😂😂
Nice flatty mate 👌
Cheers brother, was nice to get back into croc country.
Could have been a ray , was there a lot of head shakes?

Haha, these things happen mate. I’m sure it all was well in the end.
Geraldton is a mint spot mate 🥰 lucky guy 👍🏼👍🏼
Looked like the typical dead weight runs of a big black ray of course it could’ve just been a massive lazy Jew but either way it was huge
Yeah we’ll never know mate lol, only thing that threw me is I thought I could feel the tail kicking
@@hookin could’ve been just the wings of a ray flapping but it was at a breakwall so could’ve been anything
