The nostalgia is real. One of the best games that's ever been made. The story was really amazing and the character development was brilliant. I really enjoyed the multiplayer as well.
I remember my dad playing this game when I was younger, and he managed to find this track to add to one of our old pirated music mix CD's so we could blast it in the car along with some Pirates of the Caribbean and LOTR tracks haha.
Vanpyro Gaming Terrans playable and you play as Vlaana Azleea & Terran Jacob Angelus (captured and forced to work for the Terrans), seeing the worlds as both Vlaana and Jacob. Story could be about that the Emperor decided to blow enough Xenofacts up to bring the faction that the Virons feared back, to fight them. To prove the Terrans could beat them. But the Terran people know about the risk and are extremely scared, causing the Empire to be split where leaders declared the Emperor a maniac. Jacob would work for one of those factions. Vlaana, despite angry at the Emperor for causing such a schism (which is against her dream of a united humanity... if Wikipedia is right about that, haven't read the manuel for so long), would still work for the Emperor. But its only a dream. They HAVE announced a GC III, but nothing happened.
Together with Halo, this is the most epic sci-fi game I have ever played. Great story for both games, great music,... I think I will find myself on an "old" computer far in the future. While others are playing in a virtual reality environment, I will be pinned in front of a computer screen, playing this awesome game again.
This is probaly the most epic and kickass theme ever created right next to the Imperial march and The Klendathu Drop.After all these years I still humm this in my head.

@H3c70rit0 I haven't played GCII in a bit, so excuse my lack of knowledge on the vehicle names, but I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be appropriate to deploy a Ravager terradyne as a scout, or one of those heavy-rifle-buggy-things as line armour. The NSA faction, though, was made to be highly adaptable rather than being stuck with specific units for specific roles, contrary to the Virons who get lower quality but cheaper units.
@LOKBLUDOM3N GC2 was more like a standard strategy game, although not necessarily a bad one. The reason I felt dissapointed was because I expected/wanted the second part to be what the first one was like.
@TheRestPL they are the Terrans or ourselves...becuz they are the humans from Earth,the other human faction wich you can play that, or NSA,is composed of humans from other planets or planet if i remember right....... If you wonder how i know it :P it says in the manual of the game XD heheheh :))
OMG LOVE THIS AWESOME SONG , but i got little problem with game when i start it it goes 100 x faster than normally i always go to ctr alt delete , and disable processor 1 , but its really annnoying to do it altimes in game someone can help me ?
There is a way to play this via LAN, all you need is gameranger and someone to play with ;) its quite epic battle if you manage to play this with 8 players on map

The game certainly was a bit of a dissapointment, since I was expecting more of what the first one was. This music, however, has made it all worth it. Humming this song has likely given me more pleasure along the years than the amount of displeasure the game gave me :P
