I had to cut the stock exhaust about 4 inches from the flang on the exhaust valve and make a four into one collector. Had to bend exhaust piping from the flang out to where the muffler will connect for the right length and angle. The muffler is made of 4" exhaust piping with a yoshimura exhaust baffle and Yoshi packing in it that I cut down and welded back together for the correct length. The end cap is off of a 2013 honda Stateline exhaust.
Thank you, good sir! This sounds very complicated, haha and I definitely don't have the tools to cut and weld. Will have to see if a local shop can do the work as nice as yours came out!

The stupid thing is... In 2003 the cbr 600 was an under tail. But! I'm glad they put the 954 together the way they did!!!! I love my bike!!
