problem isnt that sharjeena is not supportive, problem is that mustafa has alienated her from all her family members due to his self respect thing, he didnt like anyoene helping them, or helping sharjeena, he forgot that she needed support and care, and he let his trauma from his parents wash over his relation with his wife, and lets not forget it was sharjeena who kept saying "tumhare sath hi rahungi", while he basically abandoned her,he couldve spoken to her nicely, or given her atleast half an hour from his day but he didnt. he got obsessed with money and thats what went wrong. sharjeena always stood for him and understood him, but did he understand sharjeena when she needed him the most? suddenly he thinks shes most aham, but he didnt show any concern towards her all this time. sharjeena is depressed and lonely, and mustafa is to be blamed for that.

The scene makes zero sense tbh. Sharjeena was always shown as a logical woman. She could’ve called mom, an ambulance or hired a caregiver. This is just poor writing. There are better ways to show a miscarriage
