Funny how I did better at MGS2 at 10 years old compared to Daltos. 😂 unless I'm unknowingly a hyper talented gamer I'm just gunna have to call BS on that one.
Daltos strikes me very much as the sort of person that creates their own problems, complains about them and then gets mad when people point out he’s the only one with that problem
@@Triairius am I wrong though? Don’t get me wrong, I don’t dislike Daltos or anything I just feel like that tends to be what happens whenever I see him in something
@@jonasquinn7977 It is unrealistic to assume that your impression of a person is objective. I can't tell you you're wrong, because I can't tell you what your impression of him is. What I can tell you is that your comment is too far below the belt. You may not like dislike him, but it also seems like you don't think he's worth being considerate toward, and that's what I take issue with.
@@Triairius I don’t think it’s bing particularly inconsiderate to say that in my experience most of Dalton’ problems are of his own creation, it’s entirely possible I’m wrong but I feel like that’s a fair critique. I also think it’s incredibly ironic to accuse me of going below the belt and being inconsiderate towards Daltos when in this very video he says, and I quote, “Fuck Hideo Kojima, he’s a hack. Fuck anybody who thinks these games are good.” Like, whatever you may think of Kojima, his games and his fans that is objectively a far more inconsiderate and brow the belt thing to say than anything I said.
Don't usually comment on these but man, Daltos is doing that fight in the worst possible way. He should aim for the legs and then the mouth which stuns the RAY and does a ton of damage. He should also be using the Body Armour item to mitigate damage a lot, not to mention not to be in melee against any of the RAYs. The fight is a little clunky and on the harder difficulties you need to be a a God to play it well but does he absolutely fumble it from just those few seconds I watched. Also the game is from 2001 and I'm not sure if he played the earlier one because he's going to have an even harder time.
That's exactly why it's popular and why it's everywhere. It's a self-sustaining feedback loop. Streamers are by their nature focused on grabbing your attention in the moment with less interest on long-term longevity of content. Whatever's trending at the moment IS going to be played by your favorite streamer in order to secure an audience until the boredom with the game becomes the general consensus. The biggest contribution you can make is to just not watch the stream and then wait until a majority of superminority of viewers do the same, and then the feedback loop breaks. This trend was fine by me with stuff like Getting Over It and A Difficult Climbing Game, but the games that have tried to follow the meta seem much less effort than these two.
To be fair Daltos is correct, Hideo Kojima is a massive selfish egotist who makes moderate games but built a following off of being objectively done wrong
Ravs & Nilesy: *sound Scottish*
toastie: "Hold my beer."
That Chained Together stream was just an excuse for Ravs to torment Toastie.
1:40 As Duncan once said: "Opinions are like assholes. Daltos' is the worst."
6:10 "Were you speaking to me?" "No, my son is *also* named Jofe?"
What a handsome little man in the thumbnail
Toastie is great!
I wish that Macho Man even sounded close to the real one, but I guess that'd get them sued to hell lol
Toastie reminds me of the “ Ive got school!” Meme
15:34 jesus christ Lewis I- have no words. Phrasing is so left field XD
That "still" was the only thing between him and complete disaster
ravs is literally carrying XD
Why is Daltos so mad at the the ray fight in MGS2, it's really not that hard lol.
DING DING!
evil ravs
Who is the scottish lady Ravs was playing with?
Toastie. Friend of the Yogs. She won poker at the last jingle jam.
No chapters? big sad.

As usual, Daltos mad cuz bad.
Sarah is a lovely person but she is deeply terrible at every game I've ever seen her play

That's pretty freaking rude.

I was more concerned due to the fact that there was almost a full 20 seconds prior to him getting knocked down where his health was like

Whenever a certain game becomes the flavour of the week I choose one source and only watch their videos of it. Helps with burnout :)
no AI please
