My financial life improved exponentially when I started keeping a separate budget/bill paying planner...much like what you have. Can't recommend it enough!
I have 4 planners. All 3 sizes of the Happy Planner & a recollections goal planner. My mini goes everywhere, my classic has more detail and info (this one I decorate) & the larger one I want to memory plan in. My goals is for personal and business goals. Loved the video. I'm obsessed with Me and My Big Ideas Happy Planners. I have a big for my almost all-in-one (I have two jobs and a small freelance business plus I start grad school in the Fall so the big size is really helpful right now). Then I have a separate mini budget planner for my finances. I feel like having a budget one separate from my main planner to be very helpful for helping me stay on track and meeting my budget/financial goals for the year.
Omg😍 I have three!! As well and each has a separate category of my life! I have a 1)finance journal and a 2) school one(staff meetings and lesson plans ex.)and 3)one social events ,party's, birthdays ,holiday, get together ,annual events!
Love this video. I have two planners. One is for bills and one is for “life” - dr appointments, school, vacation, etc. I also keep things in my calendar on my phone as a reminder.
I have 3 1 mini for the kids activities. 1 for financial and 1 for my schooling. They are all Happy Planners
I like how you went over how you use planners for your bills.
I use my phone calender and memo ap and I have 1 paper planner that is used for life appointments, church appointments and activities, weekend trips, vaca planning, family and friend get togethers, family dinners, menu plans etc... I am a keep it all in one place kinda planner but use the phone calender as my backup for life appointments like Dr. Or school meetings things I cannot be late for. And it sets a reminder alarm for me also.
I have 3... a Webster’s that I use for church, bible study and prayer requests. The other 2 are Happy Planner the classic and mini. The mini I carry in my purse for appointments, grocery lists, online shopping etc... and my classic I use for bills, check register and fitness. I love your idea for punching your bills and keeping them all together. I also like the variety in your videos.
I love this. I’ve watched a lot of planner videos. And let me say, this is on the list for one of the best. I feel like u suggesting more than one planner you explained so well what to actually use each one for. And it wasn’t like an hour video either. It was easy to comprehend. I really enjoyed this and it gave me some great ideas. Thank you for ur great work

I use two planners one big one at home and a small one in my bag
I actually have a financial planner. I use the Happy Planner. I like having that planner separate from the others because I dont have a lot cluttering the information that I need when I'm paying bills. It's very helpful. I do use stickers in that one as encouragement to spend less and be more mindful of Bill's. It works.

Thanks for the finance tracking tips. I have 3 planners, one strictly for work where I write my top 3-5 tasks for the day, mtgs, vac days. I have a personal size where I track my glucose readings, exercise, if sugar was high, I note what I ate, if I was sick, not enough sleep, etc. 3rd one is for home where I track hubby’s hours/job sites, religious engagements, parts on our mtgs, social events, etc. may incorporate finances in that one since it stays home. 🌹

The first planner sounds like my busy life but i couldnt find a planner to help me so i made my own and its been such a huge help
I use a Hobonichi Techo A6 for everyday planning, a Hobonichi Weeks for RUclips and that's it. Your planners are so pretty!
I use The Happy Planner. I use it for my kids schedules, home life, work, bills, & memory keeping. I always said I will only have one bc I've spent money on sooo many planner related needs such as washi, sticky notes, pens...etc. Now that I have more than enough I think me having more than one is a good idea.
Totally agree on a separate finance planner. I started a meal planner but it just makes sense to change it into a finance planner since I am the lady of the house who keeps track of it all. Thank you for knocking some "common" sense into me LOL

Love it! I really agree with the finance planner! I used to miss bills or dates all the time and I bought a super simple bill organizer from dollar tree that has a monthly list and a pocket and it helps so much! I haven’t missed one bill since, I even caught one that didn’t get mailed out in time because I could track when it usually arrives for the month! (The bill got lost in the mail so I had to pay via phone) I also color code paid off or paid for the month. It’s amazing how simple it is!
I have two planner main with all my planning and budget planner that keeps me on the right track on how much I spend. Thanks for sharing this video.

I use an erin condren for weekly planning, a happy planner for memory spreads and i use my bullet journal for finances, so I have 3 as well :)
I use the Day Designer Strategic Planner and Daily Agenda. I really love it. The channel Planning with Passion got me hooked it. Although I don't think she uses it anymore. It works for me. I do love how you and lots of other people decorate the EC planner. I'm just not that good at it.
Enjoyed your video and I understand the concept of having three. I currently have the Happy Planner for budgeting purposes. When I return to school for my 2nd Master's degree, I wish get another!
Hi Belinda, I agree with having 3 planners. I have a small, month at a glance planner for my purse, 1 happy planner to organize all my plans, thoughts, and deadlines, and a older happy planner for finances. Works like a a charm!
Hola Belinda, I have 3 planners myself. I have the happy planner, recollections and heidi. I have one for bills, one for activities and to carry in my purse as a reminder for what I need to do also. I love planners 😊😍 I use some of your tips and ideas when I do my planning. Your the reason why I got started into doing planners. I love to go to hobby lobby and Michael's for planner supplies. It is relaxing & inspires me to look forward to things I have planned. I have a silhouette machine that I love to use to print stickers from Etsy. Will you ever create printables in the future???
This was an awesome video I loved how you organized the different planners and their purpose :) To keep track of our bills I have a dry erase board in our little "office" and every month I put the date on the top then I list all the bills we have to pay, what day they are due, and how much were paying its so helpful because as soon as we walk in the room we see it hanging up and we cross off every bill as soon as we pay it :)
I just use a regular school notebook tablet for my finance. During back to school I stock up on the tablets since their only .25 cents each. For my other notes I use a planner from the Dollar tree.
I am retired so I just use one planner and it is personal so I can take it with me. I put my finances in the one but I really like the idea for a planner for finances so they don’t get lost in the process. Thanks for that idea.
This video was so popular, I would love to request one just on your LV Financial one. How you organize it, how you do it, how you planned it! I loved how you turned the camera and we could see just the planner. This is awesome video but please make another on the financial (It is a wonderful Idea and I never thought about it) thank you for doing your videos, they are very inspirational !!!

I am using My Big Happy Planner. I make my own stickers and it is just a fun hobby for me. Just started and I thought someone else may enjoy them so I have them in my Etsy shop called Paper Thierry.
I currently use a Classic HP and a Mini HP. The Classic is for life and it's where I get to be creative and decorate it. My two daughters also each have a Classic HP and we love to work on them together. I use my Mini HP in my handbag to keep track of things that pertain only to me. Sometimes I have fun and decorate it if I have time.
I'd love to know why you switched from HP to Erin Condrin. What is it that you like better about EC over HP? I switched from EC to HP as I like being able to use a punch and easily add things to my planner when needed.

I have the happy planner, I love it, now I'm on vacation but starting in April I'm going to need a second planner for my second job.

I use one MAMBI planner for all of my plans, and an Excel spreadsheet for each month’s budget works best for us. My husband’s income varies so that way I can figure out how much goes to what different thing we’re saving for and make changes. 😃
My life is complicated as well. I use 1 planner / habit tracker that i created cuz i tried the happy planner and others but they just went in the trash. They required too much planning and like u i need a super quick and ez planner. But i do have 3 diff journals / notebooks i use for all my creative ideas and minset journaling all by category lol
I have one right now used it for work and finances but I like that you separated them into categories so I'm going to start doing that. I'm using a cheap planner from target right now

Large happy planner business and social media
Recollections vertical for personal to be able to decoarte, use for bills, to-do lists, appointments, diary, etc.
Recollections hourly that I got for christmas. I use that to plan out my day in more detail.
A mini 2 year pocket planner for on the go cause it fits in my wallet! :) so appointments, lists and stuff usually goes into that one.
Hi Belinda I have 2 planners. One for work and one for home. I'm from South Africa and we don't have nice planners like erin condren but I make it work for me. Also here are not nice stickers so I Have to let someone make me stickers and she does not always understand what I want....but again I work with what I have and enjoy working with my planners.

- if your squares are hard to write in do you just write on a stick it note or sticker and write on it first then put it on?
